The fridge was too noisy and at night I had to un plug it so I didn't use it as much as I would have liked to.

The staff were incredible and helpful, only to that my room was a none smoking and I don’t actually smoke however the room was smelling cigarette smoke especially the bathroom, that was the only downside overall I did enjoy my stay not my first time surely not my last.

The worst hotel & staff I've ever seen.

It was terrible hotel, I couldn’t believe the entire hotel including bedrooms and bedding smells terrible. People plz don’t go to this hotel. No cleaning no refill of toilet paper or anything else was available. Staff was very rude and not helpful. Some people bought their own brooms and mops to clean their room.I was unable to sleep in bad smell in bedding. Bugs on bedding and everywhere in room and bathroom, they didn’t do anything about bugs, unfortunately I booked and paid for whole week but stayed 2 days only. Even one star is too much.

Not secured parking lot. My car was stolen in Hotel Newstar this morning and staff did'nt say anything about what happened. Worst hotel ever!!

Perfect! Excellent stay at Hotel Newstar Montreal. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The property was well maintained, spotless, comfortable, and exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Montreal that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. One of the biggest advantages was the convenient parking available near the hotel, which made traveling around the city stress-free. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

Friendly staff, clean room

The room was clean and the smell was ok and so I had no issues with my allergies. Just one staff member around at night time and so if you need some assistance, you might have to wait till the next morning when the staff comes. Bathroom a little small and not very comfortable but it’s ok. They have a restaurant which is good just incase you are hungry and you can actually buy some drinks or water there which is good. Enough self parking which is good and included in the booking. The location is ok too. Overall, I will rate the hotel 4/5.

3 jours sur 4 sans télévision , presque pas de pression dans la douche ,déjeuner au resto de l'hotel 27$, au moins l'air climatisé marchais , la chambre etait propre
