This was our diet last time visiting Mögen and staying at this resort! We had a lovely time. The hotel is easy to locate, does have onsite parking (when my family & I visited was flooded) along with free street side parking, recommended by the hotel staff. Our rental car was completely fine parking on the road. The hotel was very clean, staff super nice & friendly. Our room was wonderful as was the pool. We did not visit the hotel restaurant (always walked to other restaurants) but had their breakfast each day, which was phenomenal! The selection amazing and definitely did not disappoint. The onsite gym is small, but has enough variety to get a good workout in each day if one chooses. The resort is a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, & other restaurants! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and my family and I would recommend staying here!

The staff are keeping this hotel alive. This was the worst visit we’ve had and we’ve been here many times. They should make certain rooms available to smoke on the balcony because we were surrounded by smokers, meaning the balcony and room constantly smelt of cigarettes. Screaming children running riot late into the night. Not an enjoyable nor relaxing stay.

Ideal location on the island for a quiet getaway but within easy reach of other towns and villages by bus, boats and Taxi's. The hotel is on the edge of the town but within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town. The hotel caters for all ages and has areas catering for adults and also others for families. Have visited before and hope to visiting again soon.

Lovely holiday. Just stayed for breakfast not half board but was plentiful. Great location. Lovely staff. Room wa great.

Nice rooms, very clean, staff is friendly but a bit clumsy (maybe the hotel was too busy). Overall, we liked our days there.

Excellent facilities

The hotel was fabulous. Beds were super comfy and lovely breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful. Great pools, close to marina with great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent a great fortnight here. Had stayed before and very happy with standard of the accommodation and facilities. A little tired in places, paint, tiles, flooring etc but hopefully these areas are subject to ongoing repairs. Special mention Gabriela Burgos who attended our room to a very high standard indeed. Look forward to our next visit, hopefully soon.

This is a brilliant hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The facilities were excellent - especially for children and the quality of the food was outstanding. It’s also an easy 10 minute walk into the port making it a great location.

Finally found the perfect family hotel. The location is superb with nice restaurants nearby and little Venice at Port Mogan. The hotel is clean, staff helpful and the facilities are great. It just works. Nice big pool which is relaxed for kids with floats. The kids could go around safely to the pool and the room. They made lots of friends as lots of English people here. The breakfast is great and the snack bar/on site restaurants are good as well and extremely reasonable price wise. We moved to another hotel during our trip after our stay ended here and we wish we had stayed at the Radisson for our entire holiday! Highly recommended.

We had incredible stay at Radisson hotel. The resort is very well equipped, well staffed and has a good offering of services. Perfect location, just a 10 min walk to the centre of Puerto de Mogan. We absolutely enjoyed our diners at Fillini restaurant at the resort. Michelin star food at reasonable prices. Big shout out to the wait and kitchen staff! Thanks for your friendly and attentive service :) We can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely hotel

I have been coming to Radisson Blu Mogan since 2018, usually 2-3 times per year, and have always found this hotel to be incredibly welcoming. From the staff at the front desk when you arrive, to the housekeeping staff in the rooms and the amazing (and very patient) staff in the restaurants (particularly at breakfast), they are all so good. The rooms are a really good size, with everything you need (including sun loungers on the very large balconies) easily to hand. The resort is also very conveniently located for the port and Mogan Playa, with its plethora of bars and restaurants, as well as a SuperDino supermarket for the day to day essentials. Overall, this is a very consistent and comfortable resort that I would definitely recommend.

Everything at Radisson Blu was amazing. From check in and welcome to checking out. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were super friendly, food choice and quality was great. We were pleased to have water replenished in the room daily. As there was capacity in the hotel we were able to check out later. Our request for a topper to go on the sofa bed was quickly activated. We can’t praise the hotel enough. There’s a nice walk to the port with lots of restaurants if needed. We’ll be back.

Unfortunately wouldn’t return, not upto 5 star standard at all! Cleaning not upto standard, staff are rude, cocktails are cheap and nasty tasting at a 5 star price, no decent wine. Cleaners think it’s appropriate to hang dirty towels back up instead of giving clean ones, when you have left them on the floor where your supposed to in order to get clean ones. Bellboy didn’t give us one suitcase and I didn’t think to check as I popped to the toilet my husband had loaded them into the taxi. This meant an 80euro trip back to the hotel to retrieve it. No apology instead held it and accused us of not paying our bill which had been settled the night before! Disgusting practises never again!!!
