Very nice and very friendly

I didn't expect this hotel to also offer such spacious, nice, and comfortable rooms.

The location is strategic. Right in front of Pasar Seni station. So it's easy to get around. The location is close to Central Market, Petaling Jaya, and Chinatown. There are many culinary options and it's easy to find food. It's close to a 24-hour convenience store. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bathrooms are also clean. However, the single beds are quite small, unlike hotels in Indonesia. The service is also friendly; the staff speaks fluent Indonesian and is very helpful.

The hotel is strategically located, close to the Pasar Seni transportation hub, near Central Market and Chinatown.

Very strategic, in front of the hotel, there is an LRT and also a terminal for GoKL buses, the rooms are clean, next to the hotel every 7:00-17:00 there are Indonesians selling food. Behind the hotel there are lots of new viral foods. Central Market is nearby, Jamek Mosque is nearby, very recommended. There is a tourist tax, yes. But, it's not a problem.

The location is very strategic, because it is directly in front of the Pasar Seni MRT. Take the GOKL, just cross, immediately get the purple line that can take you to Bukit Bintang. Whether you want to take the Pasar Seni LRT, KRL, or MRT, all are in this one Pasar Seni station. You must be a truly tolerant person to stay here, because this is a Hindu building, and behind the building is the Sri Mariaman Temple, so every morning and evening, there will be a temple bell ringing. As for the facilities, everything is complete. There are towels, drinking water heaters, water heaters for bathing, and there are public ironing facilities that you can use in the hotel living room area. As for food around the hotel, there are many available, just choose what you want to eat.

The first hotel staff I met were very nice. I was able to check in early, allowing me to rest early. There were no issues throughout my stay; everything was fine. The location is very close to Go-KL, Pasar Seni MRT, Pasar Seni near Petaling Street, and more.

I was so happy when I arrived at 7 a.m., requested early check-in, and was able to do so without paying anything. So, I could get some sleep before exploring Kuala Lumpur. The receptionist had a strange face, but turned out to be a kind person.

If you go to KL, definitely stay here besides KL Sentral and Pudu areas, the price is quite cheap, the room is clean, close to Pasar Seni station, to Petaling Street, Central Market, Chinatown, Bukit Bintang, you can take the shuttle bus, from in front of the hotel the fare is RM 1, if you want to go to Batu Caves, just go to Pasar Seni station, to Genting, just walk to Pasar Rakyat where the bus goes to Genting, if you want to watch MotoGP, the shuttle bus is close to Sepang, to KL Airport, close to cheap food places, close to Karat Market, if you want to look for a second-hand iPhone.. If you want a cheap fare to the airport, you can take the KLIA transit train, the price is RM 9, don't take the Express, the expensive fare is RM 55, take the MRT from Pasar Seni, then the LRT to Putra Jaya.. from Putra Jaya, change to the airport train, it takes a bit longer but is much cheaper.

It's totally worth it. Easy access everywhere, close to the MRT station.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is just great... Just walk a bit to go to Chinatown, Pasar Seni, bus, and train station. And if you need something, there's a convenience store open 24 hours nearby.

- Wifi weak - Staff attitude, no customer support - I forgot a bag of chocolate in the room, asked a friend to come get it, staff seem annoyed - Room was hot because the air conditioner was weak although set 16 degree on Airconditioner as well the heat reflected from the glass - Bad experience
