The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was upgraded at no additional cost. The location is strategically located, and the room is spacious.

The hotel is at the perfect spot to visit Chinatown, and next to the city train station. A 2-minute walk to Pasar Seni, and the entire Chinatown is easy to access within a short walk. I tried nearby restaurants for breakfast, and they were also great. One thing I didn't like was that the room had no window, but I booked the room the night before coming here, so no better room was available. This is definitely a hotel on the cheap side, and as such, I found it clean and quiet enough for the money. The one real problem was the total lack of European/Indonesian/etc. electricity sockets. You can get a plug adapter at a nearby market for a couple of ringgits. Overall – cheap but reasonable and maintained, super well located to visit Chinatown and the historic center.

The best hotel at Pasar Seni station. I always stay at Lavana every time I go to KL. The hotel is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and transportation access is very easy because it's right in front of the Pasar Seni LRT and MRT. See you again, Lavana.

Unfortunately, the elevator area is not welcoming, it smells a bit mixed with cigars. The bathroom has a leak. Cleanliness could be better, but it's a 2-star hotel, so you're lucky if you find it cleaner. I was just spending a few hours to sleep and take a bath, still bearable.

Close to the Art Market, MRT, and night culinary scene is very close.

It's located next to Pasar Seni station, making it easy to find food and easy access to other places by MRT. It's really close to Central Market, just walk straight ahead for 5 minutes, and it's also close to Chinatown and Mydin. It's simply top-notch.

I'd stay here again. The bed is comfortable, and it's conveniently located near the MRT station. It's in a busy location, easy to find food, and close to Chinatown, Petaling Street, Dataran Merdeka, and Central Market for souvenir shopping.

Good hotel near Petaling Street and Pasar Seni

This was my first stay here while in Kuala Lumpur. The location is strategic, close to tourist attractions and the LRT station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The soundproofing makes it very convenient. The staff is also on standby with self-check-in. With its budget-friendly price, it's perfect for your next trip. There's a tourist charge of RM10 per night.

The room is spacious enough but the window can't be opened sob, there's no refrigerator either, but with a cheap price, this hotel is close to everywhere, recommended 👍

I've stayed at the Lavana Hotel many times. It's close to Pasar Seni MRT Station, easy to get around, and has plenty of eateries nearby. The receptionist is also very familiar.

Nice place to stay at KL, close to LRT and MRT Pasar Seni, walking distance to Petaling Street and also the famous Central Market. Close by to bus GoKL Purple Line to Bukit Bintang and being surrounded by cheap food and also the viral one. Don't forget it's also close to Lorong Panggung.
