The hotel is nice and the wine and night cap is a nice touch. Loved the roof top terrace and breakfast was random but nice. The downside was the rooms, paper thin walls so you could hear people outside in the corridor like they were in the room with you. It was a very random metal frame around that I almost walked in to each day. The sink was in the room rather than the bathroom and the window wasn’t safe, no catch so could have easily have fallen out. Location good to the train station.

The room was too small to function properly as a hotel room. There were no spaces to put luggage, toiletries personal belongings etc. the bathroom , the shower in particular, was very cramped and hard to use. The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent location. Very walkable to the main station, the shops and centre of town. Lovely breakfast with fresh, organic choices. They do a daily coffee, wine and tipple hour at certain times during the day on the house which is a nice touch

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Happy hour free drinks. Very well situated for visiting the sights of Copenhagen. Very warm in the room at night even with the Dyson air cooler. Had to keep windows closed due to noisy street at night and the chimes and bells from the City Hall.

Great hotel in a good location with outside terrace on the street as well as a great rooftop bar. Nice breakfast and happy hours at 5 o’clock and 10 o’clock which was a great bonus. The only issue on cleanliness was the internal courtyard which was used at breakfast. It needed a good sweep and spruce up. There’s no air conditioning so the room was very warm when we visited in early September

Great hotel and location with one exception. The room temperature was consistently too hot. We stayed in 322 which was on the corner of the building. It was very difficult to keep it comfortable even with the windows open. There was a Dyson fan provided in the room which we ran 24/7. Otherwise. The staff members were great. The breakfast good and whilst we never made it to the wine o clock we enjoyed the nightcap and the rooftop terrace.

This property was fantastic, so close to the centre and the staff were wonderful. The only issue we had was the very hot rooms and no air conditioning which was challenging to sleep in, along with being very noisy trying to have the windows open. A lovely property however, so many thoughtful and considerate touches to make the stay wonderful.

2nd visit here & it was very pleasant. The only minor gripe is that there is no air conditioning & had to rely on a fan in the room. But overall - it’s a great hotel, fantastic location & the wine hour is a great way to start an evening

We were well looked after by the friendly staff both in the breakfast room and the bar. The free wine hour and the nightcap hour were much appreciated. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Friendly staff, good location. Bedroom was quite small with bad design/layout. Some communal areas were on the tired side.
