Very clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The building has a great location in Montreal.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. We’ve stayed there multiple times. Rooms are big and staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the outside and surrounding areas needs attention.

In a high-price hotel neighbourhood, this hotel is a very acceptable alternative within walking distance of most important downtown and old town places. The hotel's local neighbourhood has some colourful characters roaming the streets - we saw no threatening behaviour on several walking trips to local restaurants and cafes, etc. which are quite close to the hotel. We recommend Les 3 Brasseurs (The 3 Brewers) on St Denis just north of de Maisonneuve - plenty of choice in the menu and beer; a 10-minute walk. Also 2 Subways close by, as well as other fast food eateries.

The staff was great and the room was quiet. Super close to transit, and quite affordable. We enjoyed our stay!

I understand that the location is downtown but i didn't expect to open my curtains and look over at some apartments backyard full of trash and debris, very distasteful. My room was maintain clean, staff was always helpful and friendly

I dont eat breakfast. Coffee was really good, real dairy would have been excellent. I didnt have to contact staff at all. Everything I needed was supplied. I was out 90% of the time. I would definitely stay here again.

Good price, location is near so much and with public transit, nice staff, rooms are big and clean. Just had my second stay here.

This hotel was an awesome place for spending the night. Came in for a concert at MTELUS which is right down the street so it took the pain out of spending money on transportation. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were so welcoming (gave complimentary water and snack bars) and were helpful with details like parking my car and switching to English when my French failed me. The location of the hotel is perfect as it’s right in the heart of the city. There are so many good food options close by (recommend Allô mon Coco Ste-Catherine Est across the street for breakfast!). The price for the hotel was also reasonable, if not in the cheaper side so that’s always a win. The room was great with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a smart tv. I did have a minor issue with my thermostat unit but the hotel was very responsive in fixing it for me. I was very happy with the bathroom as this is one of the few hotels that I’ve been due that has converted over to a removable shower head. They have deliciously citrus scented Pharmacopia products so if you are flying in, you don’t need to max out your liquids with shampoo and the like. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming into Montréal for any length of stay. Price, location, safety of the area, and everyone’s kindness really helped make a quick trip enjoyable and allowed for full enjoyment of this first experience in Montréal. I will definitely be booking here again when I come back!

Comfortable rooms, great staff that goes above and beyond. Didn't love the breakfast at the restaurant attached. I'd skip that. Location is premium.

Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Nice clean room and friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like is the graffitis on the side of the hotel and the empty lot filled with tall weeds next door.

Clean room and bathroom. Women in reception very friendly and very helpful . Will come again !

This is a good and convenient hotel near the airport. However, walls are like paper walls, and I was awakened 3 times by very noisy travelers arriving in the middle of the night, talking loudly and laughing in the hallway. The hotel should tell people to be quiet at night!
