Helpful staff, nice hotel, everything I needed for a great weekend in Montreal!

Got the basic room. It was pretty good. Clean and spacious. I feel the hotel is over priced but on par with all other hotels in the area. Staff was friendly at first but when I called for extra pillows for my pregnant wife, they left me on hold. Then told me they didn’t have any. After I complained, they brought pillows up. Unfortunately, the area has drugged out homeless ppl walking around and one guy OD not far from the hotel which is not ideal. Good location for walking to old Montreal.

Clean and Friendly

Breakfast is not included. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. But I did notice that the shower faucet was broken and also the towel hook on the bathroom door came loose. But other than that it was good.

Convenient location although immediate vicinity feels a little unsafe.

Don’t let the outside neighbourhood fool you. The inside is modern and sparkling. The staff are great and the hotel is located within walking distance of most of Montreal’s best!

Location was great for getting to everything you would like to see. Room was a good size, we had a room at the rear so was very quiet. Hotel was clean and if you wanted it a room clean and towel change daily. Staff were friendly and helpful, let us check in early after a long flight from the UK.

The staff was lovely, the facility was at best tired - moulding coming off shower, dirty wall, empty soap dispenser, worn towels. Won't stay there again.

Staff were helpful friendly! Room super cozy and clean. They even charged my car while using the underground parking (Valet) for the stay and was able to leave my car until 3pm to explore after I checked out! We will be back!

I couldn’t have asked for a better location! This hotel puts you right in the middle of everything—all the major tour departure points and attractions are within walking distance, saving us so much time and money on transport. The room itself was a pleasant surprise; it was not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after long days of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Tout était parfait ! Bien situé et personnel sympathique!

Hotel itself is good. I believe it meet general requirement for solo/couple/family/group traveller. Only one issue i find it quite disturbing/stressing. Panhandling activities. You can see few person/beggars loitering the street panhandling. So uncomfortable ended up me & my wife stay at hotel after 7pm.

Using a wheelchair the washroom have no bars and very low toilets. A room change helped but still tricky. Staff did best to accommodate

Clean room

I enjoyed the hotel very much. Location great. Welcome some water and snack also great. The best is front staff they always greeted with smile. How nice. But one thing I looked for some amenities. Like a pen, hair corms etc… It’s not big deal I just say to front. But if they prepare at front I can grab easily. Otherwise everything great. I’d like to stay again here and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you very very much.
