It was wonderful. Everything is perfect, more than I expected.

I have stayed at quite a few resorts, this is the one with the worst service for the money I spent. 1. When I arrived the receptionist was not welcoming, a few sentences were empty, the waiting seat right next to the toilet was very smelly 2. The tram driver did not assist with carrying things, did not say hello 3. The bathroom was dirty. The drain is clogged, at 10 p.m. we still have to call a technician to fix the clogged drain. 4. The kid club staff is not welcoming and considerate. 5. The private swimming pool has no towels. And there are a few other annoying things that I can't list them all, I haven't yet. I have seen any 5-star resort with such poor service quality.

Our family had a great experience at The Anam. Green nature harmonizes with red tiled villas and 3 large swimming pools with clear water. The sea is clean and clear, swim out to the deep water and still see the bottom of the sea. Attentive staff, always smiling. The kids club has many interesting activities and changes every day. This is an ideal family getaway. We will be back with more members.

Gđ mình đi 2N1Đ, resort đúng chuẩn 5*, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và rất chuyên nghiệp, phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, mình không hài lòng ở chỗ đồ ăn ở nhà hàng Làng Việt, mình kêu lẩu cua đồng bắp bò mà bò hôi với dai không ăn đc, nước lẩu thì không ngon mà giá thì đắt, sáng buffet thì ngon lắm luôn, có dịp sẽ quay lại, mong resort điều chỉnh lại đồ ăn là quá tuyệt

Quang cảnh mọi thứ rất tốt nhưng mình thấy nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp, không niềm nở với khách cư trú ( khách Việt Nam)

Great in every way, only at 6pm, there were 2 waitresses knocking on the door to give me cards and candy that I didn't need, when I was taking a shower, I heard the call so I rushed out thinking there was something urgent. Left great, 9 points.

Bright buffers do not have a variety of dishes. Quiet, suitable for relaxation. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Clean and airy rooms. Support staff Check in at 23:00, quickly and quickly.

The hotel is very attentive. The staff were very kind and often asked me for help. Rooms, gardens, pool and beach are all great. There are lion dance and dragon dance on the morning. Buffet breakfast with pho, seaweed crab soup, dumpling is very delicious. The European dishes and jam cake quite a lot. The coconut water here is very sweet and delicious. Only pure juice should be too sour. Village Vietnamese restaurant food is ok, a very large portion of the meal does not go away. Lotus root salad, garlic shrimp, crab soup, dill soup, dill, mackerel sour soup, braised warehouse are the items to try.

Needless to say, The Anam's name says it all. Perfect - peaceful - Luxurious - elegant. My family had a wonderful vacation here.

No welcome drink is a minus point

Local visitor here. The location is remote. The beach is nice, good sand but strong waves, not so steep but children should stay in pool or building castle. The pool is wonderful. Staffs super friendly. I gave 6/5 for their efforts. Room is spacious and clean. The true let down is food. Ok, morning buffet is good enough. However, I cannot justify the price of lunch and evening restaurant. Too expensive with not much for the selections. The point is you even can't find else solution. Cam Ranh doesn't have good restaurants. The closest ones are at Cầu Mới bridge, they are all the same price with so so food( not cheap, not expensive). Save your time researching "good restaurants" in Cam Ranh. There is none. If you want to stay here, you either get okay food with big budget or so-so food with so-so money. 1 more thing, getting a 7 seat taxi in the evening is no go since the place is so remote even taxies avoid coming in. Overall, I am satisfied but I couldn't say so for my elders.

The hotel, staff, food are great. If you have a chance, don't skip the experience at The Anam.

Resort Anam is very impressive, full of green color of trees and flowers everywhere. I did quite a bit of research before choosing this part of the honeymoon vacation, and I was absolutely right. It takes about 15 minutes by car from Cam Ranh Airport and 30k / person to ride the bus 😋. Right from the main street, you will see a row of coconut trees and lush green grass, and a big name of The Anam. That's where your peaceful days begin. I book through Traveloka and the check-in is very fast, just give CMT. They have a good welcome drink from a kind of leaf, which is also green. My room is Garden view premium. Very large room, with king bed, wooden furniture reminiscent of the house of the giants that you often see on French movies. Luxurious stone toilets, with separate standing bath and tub. Especially a balcony with confetti that looks out is a garden green, the white of the grand flower and the red of confetti. This area is close to Viet Village restaurant and the beach should be very convenient. Food: Delicious and varied, the price is quite expensive. We had dinner at Colonial House, a fine dinning restaurant with Western food for about $ 50 per person including drinks. There is a pianist from the Philippines to beat you. Eating there is very romantic. Also, lunch in Saigon bar behind Colonial has spaghetti, pizza and fast food is cheaper. I also tried it at Viet Village, the Vietnamese beachfront specialist was quite ok. You will have 1 part of seafood fried rice about 300k and other items around that price. At Indochine Restaurant, we have not had dinner. It is a daily buffet breakfast. Food is varied including Asian and European. We really like to eat the steamed crab there. Activities: This is a great place to relax. The resort is very open with many green grass fields for families to play. Guests have both Russia, Korea, Australia .. Chinese guests don't have much and they are also very polite. The resort has 3 swimming pools in which we like the main lake, from the lobby you can see the lake, then a huge green grass and go straight to the sea. Lakes only 1.6 meters deep have a separate area for children. In addition, daily there will be a list of activities you can participate in such as yoga, cooking, beach volleyball ... If you want to enter the city, there will be a free bus from the resort starting at 9am and return to the resort at 16h. There is only one such trip in the day. We have not tried the spa here yet, but there are quite a few options and it should be very good. Serve: Generally ok. All resort staff you see on the road will laugh at you. The only thing is quite strange is the evening of 7:30 am, the staff will enter your room to clean the room (the time you go to dinner). However, we met the staff quite unintentionally when we rang the bell for 2 hours while we had not yet answered, and opened the door to the room. Hope the resort will change this. Recalling at The Anam, just playing around on the grass every day on the grass, watching the green trees and breathing is full of life. Very worth the money and especially suitable for honeymoon like us.
