I’ve been going for 2 years and the hotel and staff are brilliant it’s also a nice walk to the tube.

Lovely hotel, comfortable room. The 38th floor bar is fantastic. Plenty of transport links near by and plenty of bars/restaurants around as well. Very quiet room with view of Greater London on 12th floor

Excellent location, excellent service and fantastic staff. Breakfast was superb and the rooftop bar has amazing views. Unfortunately the bed was a little uncomfortable. But if a hard mattress doesn’t bother I highly recommend staying at the Novotel

Handy location and pleasant, efficient staff. The room was adequate but needs more attention to detail for the price point. Bed and bedding are thin, tired and more of a Travelodge standard, curtains don't close sufficiently to block out light, shower extremely low pressure, shower gel and other toiletries were not adequately stocked.

Nice decent size modern room, comfortable and clean. only down side is no amenities, could have done with ear buds/cotton pads and conditioner

Brilliant staff and the best views for breakfast. Highly recommend if you like a swim and a 24 hour gym facilities

The location was quiet and their was shopping not far. However it was far from downtown.

Brilliant stay

A lovely warm welcome on check in. We stayed in a superior double room which was a good size. Bathroom was nice, decent shower. Massive tv but the best thing was the view! It was spectacular. We had a clear view of the Shard, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, really breathtaking. The hotel was in a good location, about 10 minutes from the tube, shops and restaurants. Perfect for location us visiting the Excel and Holborn. Would stay here again.

Hotel lacked character and the staff were very very unpleasant at times. Not worth the £200/night mid-week rate.

Amazing staff, clean, good service

This was a beautiful hotel, impeccably clean, and located along a couple beautiful walking routes along the Thames, as well as near some very cute shops, cafes, and restaurants/bars. Jade at the front desk was so incredibly helpful when I checked in, gave me recommendations for some local spots, and made me feel welcome to the UK. Would definitely recommend staying at the Canary Wharf location!

I was completely disappointed about this hotel. To the point we checked out a day early. The rooms are horrible, nasty scratchy ugly covers over the sofa, lumpy hard pillows and the Reception area was very dusty and dirty. Grumpy, miserable staff who barely looked at you. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The area was quite pleasant and quiet but with easy access to public transport. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to a minor room issue. Would certainly book again for a future trip to London.

Really enjoyed the stay. Hotel is 10/10 with incredible views of London. There’s not a lot of late night options around but there’s a handful of great restaurants for dinner options. Great stay for O2 arena events.

Room was clean and good facilities but no hot water so could not have a shower after attending a concert or in the morning only a luke warm wash. Our room was on 21st floor although that shouldnt make a difference.

Easy access for what we need

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great that the room was slightly earlier. It was frustrating that the TV was faulty.
