Didn’t use room cleaning everyday but had towels replaced. Breakfast seating a little difficult but I understand over Christmas time the hotel was full to capacity so staff managed it well.

The breakfast menu was massive and delicious. I saw no pets and would have been aghast if there had been any.

Room was good value for money and the hotel has wonderful views and nice vibe. The glass elevator's worth a ride. I wouldn't say it's five star, but it's certainly got a sense of occasion. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed - ot was easy to adjust the temperature to my liking, which gets a thumbs up. For me, the dinner options weren't quite there. I couldn't get a table at my first choice restaurant, despite it being a week night, travelling solo and being prepared to wait. So, I gave the Italian a go. Service was friendly, but if I'm paying £22 for a pizza, it had better be top notch.

Rummet var jättefint, däremot var hotellrestaurangen längst ned lite av en besvikelse. Åt där några år innan och då var det supergod mat!

The Steam Hotel is unbelievable. I did not expect such a great facility. We were in Vasteras to visit our son who is studying there, and I booked this hotel with my fingers crossed. Staying at the Steam Hotel was a great experience and if our son stays in Vasteras we will stay there again.

Property was nice. Furniture in the lobby areas could be a bit cleaner as there were stains. But the staff was kind and lots of great entertainment

Fun one night stay

Very nice room but the bathroom was not same standard with a shower curtain and a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet. Som of the seats in the top restaurant had a lot of stains.

The best hotel in the world!

18th floor bar has spectacular lake views. Great restaurant choices in the hotel. Beautiful 7th floor pools, spa and sauna. A real destination hotel. Fantastic.

Det kändes överbokat, mycket människor överallt. Svårt att hitta någonstans att sitta. Mkt ljud på rummet på natten. Hade vi inte varit där en lördag hade vi säkert fått en bättre upplevelse, men denna gång kändes det som väldigt mycket pengar men inte riktigt värt det.

Fantastisk ställe, fina rymliga rum. God mat och trevlig personal.

Väldigt häftigt hotell. Trevlig personal och rummet var stort och fint. Spat var också väldigt bra Det var väldigt mycket folk på frukosten såndet var en del köer. Det var det enda som inte var perfekt.

Väldigt god och varierad frukost, dock utblandad billig juice. Inte 100% ren juice som man är van vid när man bor på hotell. Ska man äta på Chamberlain på helgerna så får man räkna med ingen lugn stund då ett live rockband jammar på i bakgrunden så man får nästan ropa för att höra varandra runt bordet. Maten var väldigt god och för 10/10 poäng. Mycket trevlig personal.

Märkligt och i sig sevärt hotell. Skicklig ombyggnad av gamla ångkraftverket. Men hu så mörka hotellkorridorer!
