Never again

We couldn’t get into the building and it was boiling despite being late November! We couldn’t control the heat and hardly slept. We tried this hotel out for our guests for our wedding in July to make a mass booking but we will not be recommending it.

Staff were helpful in all ways and very friendly. Room was clean, with all necessary facilities.Location was close to Goya Museum and Tourist Office. Handy city bus schedules (Mon-Fri) for excursions without use of car. e.g. Gourjade Parc. And city buses are free.Use of microwave was welcomed. A small refridgerator in common area would be useful.

The best place to be in. However no parking. Still not bad. Best service and very welcome customer service and friendly nice staff. I will be coming more often to this place. Internet not very good but still okay.

L' hôtel est central et bien situe. La réceptionniste est agréable et efficace. La chambre est correcte. Le rideau de la fenêtre était à moitié retiré de ses rainures et une bouteille en plastique était mise dans un fan du climatiseur Des stationnements payants a proximite

Check in catastrophique à la borne pas de possibilité d'envoi de facture par mail, erreur d'impression facture. Pas le bon prix par rapport au numéro de réservation
