Great hotel with friendly staff who helped with travel arrangements the following day. Clean rooms with everything you need, tea and coffee making facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect location to bars, cafe's and restaurants right behind the hotel with tram stops across the road if you wished to venture around.

Front desk personnel was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us with the heat in our room and helped us get our airport transportation. Hotel was nice and clean.

Eurostars Danube Budapest was a pleasure and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location for seeing all the sights in Buda and Pest. It's within walking distance of most things and very close to a public transit hub (buses, trams, metro) and a short ride to the train stations. The one inconvenience is that the climate system was set for heating and the weather was unseasonably warm. The only way to cool the room was to open the windows, which were very effective in soundproofing the room when closed. Since it's in a busy and popular urban area it was frequently noisy with rowdy people into the early morning hours.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, incredibly clean, very friendly staff. The rooms were appointed so nicely. In fact it was one of our favorite stays on our trip. The location is convenient. However, it was dirty and unpleasant. It is within a 10 min walk of wonderful shops and restaurants but walking to that area wasn’t nice.

A hotel in a central, quiet, clean location with a good breakfast and not too expensive, excellent value for money.

LOVED IT!!!

This is a lovely hotel that is very convenient to transportation options including the subway, trams and the airport express bus. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious by European standards. It is quiet in part because it's on an alleyway which seemed safe but was unattractive. Staff was friendly but not helpful when I asked for a dinner recommendation.

The Hotel Location Was Fabulous The Accommodation Was Spot On The Decor Was Modern But With Lovely Old Features In The Foyer The Staff Was Super Friendly, Accomodating, Informative & Just 10/10 I Loved My Experience
