Friendly staff and clean rooms

The location on the main road of Prambanan-Jogja makes it easy to access. If you want to go to Malioboro, it's also not too far. There is a basement parking lot that is part of the Grand Mercure, if you go to and from the parking lot, you have to go through the Mercure lobby. The room is quite clean and comfortable, although not too spacious but not cramped either, the AC is very cold. The lobby AC is also cold, even colder than the Mercure lobby, just right for Jogja which was hot at that time. The facilities include a swimming pool and gym that are shared with Mercure. The staff is very helpful, when checking out they can help carry things from the room to the basement parking lot.

Strategic location close to Ambarukmo Mall

Comfortable for resting, the hotel location is behind Mercure, not disturbed by vehicle noise.

The hotel is strategic, easy to find food, the room atmosphere is not comfortable, a bit cramped, and there is no direct view of the street, the room air conditioner is cold, the swimming pool is large and comfortable, suitable for those who like tanning, the gym floor is good and quite complete but the equipment needs service, many are rusty so it squeaks when used, both treadmills also need service. Often error so it can not be used.

Friendly staff, excellent service, clean rooms, strategic location close to souvenir shops. The only downside was that one room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.

The room felt so humid, even the linen felt a bit wet and the smell is not so nice.

A very comfortable, strategic location with good service. The downside is that there's no playground/kids' corner, and the elevator to the basement requires going to the Mercure, which is a hassle.

I've become a regular when I visit Jogja. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, the rates always fit my budget, but the comfort and cleanliness are always maintained. I'll keep staying here, so I won't have to think about other hotels when I visit Jogja.
