Friendly staff & amazing amenities

This hotel is one of three properties so it feels like one giant property. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was gracious. we had a great day at the pool. It was a short walk to Mykonos town.

Fantastic stay again at Naia. Such a beautiful hotel, wonderful pools with cool tunes, cocktails and delicious food. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing too much trouble. Particularly Nikos (as ever), Vefa, Sotiris and Lentina. Thoroughly recommend this experience.

We had a a sea view suite with a private pool May 21-24. We were greeted at the entrance by Sefi the concierge who is an actual goddess, a staff member who took our luggage and another staff member with welcome drinks. Sefi showed us the hotel and where to go on the island and took us to our room and showed us the amenities. Breakfast was included and first class food and service. The room was gorgeous with a beautiful sea view. They assisted with booking tours and a buggy to get around the island. I’ve travelled all over the world and can’t think of a better hotel stay. Everyone on the staff was professional and kind. If I ever go back to Mykonos I won’t look anywhere else. Pura Vida to everyone there.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town. It’s quite, clean with amazing staff. The rooms are spacious and the staffs are very attentive.

We were very impressed with the level of attention and care the staff provided to us from arrival till departure. Our room was very beautiful with a salted plunge pool overlooking the sea/town. And, it was great to have room cleaning service twice a day. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful in all three resorts. Location wise, the hotel was 10 minutes from Mykonos town, somewhat walkable but we preferred to use transfers which were easily arranged by the resort. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and truly lovely in every way. We loved our stay in this outstanding property.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff all very welcoming. We stayed here for 4 days after our wedding and everything was perfect.

Wonderful group of hotels and the Naia property we stayed at was very quiet and beautiful. Coming out of the pandemic all breakfast service is at the one, large hotel and can get fairly crowded and busy. The restaurants on property were amazing and service was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The only real constructive comment is that the wifi was weak in our room. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

The Naia was a beautiful hotel perched just outside of the Chora, overlooking the sea. The View from our room was stunning and the conditions of the property were exceptional. But it's worth noting that this was one of three properties located amongst a complex. Naia was not offering full restaurant and drink services and we had to have breakfast or dine at the other locations. Expedia did not charge for our room according to their guidelines. So when we arrived we were surprised to find we had to pay the price in full. While the error was on Expedia's part, the check in host Penny did not handle this gracefully. It was an inhospitable welcome. Ana the concierge however did so much to make us feel comfortable. She was a great photographer and arranged for a lovely rental car during our stay. Nico! What a gem...always ready to drive us to our room, bring us waters and give recommendations for things to do on the island. We would definitely stay again.

Well we absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment you walk in you know it is special a place. They are courteous, kind and so helpful to us as their guests. The poolside dining was wonderful. They were helpful with our transportation to and from town as well as provided complementary golf cart transportation to our suite. I loved are staying would be quick to come back next year.
