I stayed in a ground floor room, number 22. The room itself was not too bad, a bit tired maybe with things like a stained desk chair, stained carpet and so on. The parking facilities were good although on one occasion I had to call for help when the slow-to-raise exist barriers still hadn't moved after a minute of waiting.
The most negative thing, the thing that hit me when I first entered the room, was a stale smell. I wasn't sure if it was coming from the soft furnishings, the bathroom, the air vents or whether someone had previously smoked in the room. The corridor smelled a lot better than the room! I usually don't bother complaining about stuff like this but as I hadn't even put my bag down I went back to reception and described the problem. The helpful young guy said that all other rooms were booked so he couldn't move me. Hopefully the other rooms don't have the same problem.
