I booked this hotel because of its traditional room with private bathroom. When I checked in at the hotel last week, I couldn't find any private bathroom inside the room. Then I came to the reception for asking whether I can change the room, the staff stated that all of the rooms are full...I am really disappointed and I showed the expedia booking to her, which stated clearly "Traditional room with private bathroom"!!! After negotiation with the staff, she suddenly was willing to change a twin room for me. It meant that the room is not full at all! Why did she tell lies to customer? Then I asked why the information (private bathroom) on the expedia website is not accurate, it is a big misunderstanding. She replied that is the fault of Expedia. Expedia provided wrong information to the customers. I believed in her wordings and I called to complain Expedia when I finished the trip. Unfortunately, after talking with Expedia, I discovered that all of the information are provided by the hotel. This hotel shirk all of the responsibility to Expedia, and states that she has no faults. Please consider seriously before you book this terrible and lying hotel !! Will not recommend to any of my friends! Bad experience! Irresponsible hotel!

4時のチェックイン予約で3時半到着、玄関が締まっており玄関前で15分待ちで入館することとなった。状況が分からず少し不安になった。

施設の老朽化が気になる。スタッフの対応は非常に良い。

建物の設備は古く、障子の紙は穴が開いていたり、時計の 時刻は正しくなかった。

家族4人で和室を利用しました。ホテル自体は新しくはありませんが、清潔に保たれてありました。和室の障子が破れてた事、時計が電池がないのか、合わせても遅れてしまう事が少しマイナスと感じました。 だけど女性はシャンプーなどの貸し出しや、朝食など良かったと思います。
