Beds are not comfy, balcony views are not great, shower in room 301 is definitely due an upgrade, but room was cleaned daily, reception is lovely and modern, pool is clean and refreshing, staff are lovely.

Location was spot on. Basic but only stayed four nights, nice and clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Booked room for one asking for a good view, the hotel was half empty when arrived, they offered to upgrade for "bigger room with sea view" as mine with a mountain view. did it after a day it was exact same room different view. Most terrible was that there was no air conditioning, when asked for help the offered a glass of ice.

Nice clean room and able to use the Gabarda hotel ba. No lift but only three floors.

The space was comfortable and check in was easy, parking was right behind the hotel. Antonio went out of his way to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. Overall a great experience for a beautiful island at a reasonable price.

Good things: Air con v efficient. Bed not saggy or nasty springs Kettle, fridge, hot shower, balcony midday-early eve sun. Bar in main hotel: good, not too pricey. Staff EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. REALLY near high street & beach (5 min walk) General cleanliness OK, bathroom cleaned every day. Mediocre things: Room decor, paint falling off ceiling, massive scuffs & scrapes on walls/ floors. No lift for people w heavy bags. Minimal lighting in room (1 above bed, 1 in bathroom) Minimal sockets: 1 above bed (so my English plug converter light kept me awake at night as it was right above my head) & a double one for kettle & fridge, but kettle didn't fit there so had to prop it up on the bathroom sink & use hairdryer socket Pool. Specifically wanted pool I could exercise in. The pools are NOT swimming size. Huge disappointment. Cleanliness fine but not immaculate, so if you're bothered by grubby bits of floor, and high shelf above the clothing rail not having been dusted for months (my laptop case & books were layered in dust) then it's not a luxury away-from-home pamper place. For me, good for solo travel. Area felt safe, staff lovely, room functional & v close to food/bars. On my special holiday I'd normally expect a way higher level of decor, & even functional stuff in a room. Luxury it was not, & the pools pretty pointless. But priced OK-ish, fulfilled a basic level of somewhere to stay, & was staffed by the loveliest people. I'd go again, with lower expectations.

For a low budget hotel, they were brillant. All staff were amazing, kind and very helpful and my room was cleaned every day. They will help you with anything, including trips etc. I would certainly book there again. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF

Really good apartments more like a 3* hotel staff were brilliant so clean 10/10 stay only problem is the showers aren’t all the way round and can flood if the shower is pointed too far in front but the bathroom is aesthetically pleasing and great pressure lovely room would recommend
