I'm grateful for the room upgrade, but was disappointed by the size of the room and the view of dilapidated buildings outside my window. For a 5 star hotel, it was disappointing, and the room looked tired. Also, there was no iron in the room and by the time one was brought up, it was too late to use it. Service just wasn't great.

So much to say about this beautiful hotel- from location, employees, and features!! Staff was friendly and treated us like valued guests. We loved the amenities, including the pool(!). The breakfast was outstanding and the executive twin room was spacious for our family of three. Room was kept meticulously- and we were delighted by water and snacks left for our enjoyment. The staff provided great recommendations for dining and activities. We lament we didn’t have time for spa treatments, as it seemed to be lovely. This was a family-friendly hotel that surpassed all expectations. So thrilled for the special experiences we had at Maison Albar - Le Pont Neuf!

No upon checkin was assigned room that was spacious but only had windows (scratched plastic) and smelled of sewage. So did second room shown but room on 5th was bright, airy and full windowed. Bathroom still had minor odour of sewage. But not in room it’s. very good location. Friendly staff.
