So this was our 1st time at MXGrand, after lots of confusion about the booking.. all was good. The apartment is exactly as listed, quiet, clean and comfy. Nice free use of washer/dryer was an added bump. Service is excellent and very friendly. Javier was great. 2 call outs. Kitchen is basic appointed, limited cooking utensils, others properties provide more basics. The Remote/TV is always a struggle from smart/total play.. instructions/ fresh batteries would be a nice addition.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience MX Grand Suites during my recent visit to Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Everything was well-stocked with all the amenities I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, with good amenities and located in a lively area with a lot of dining options and convenient to Chapultapec Park and many of the museums as well as Reforma. I took off a star due entirely to noise from construction which went on all day and went late and general noise in the area, which was a real issue for me as I was working from there and a light sleeper. I was warned about the construction by reception, but it went later than I expected. It's also on a street that's difficult to get to for taxis/Ubers when there is traffic, which is pretty much always in CDMX. There is a flight of stairs up to reception, which may be a consideration for people with mobility issues, but if you can make it up one flight an elevator is available. Had it not been for the noise, it would've been 5 stars as everything else was great.

This was a great find of a hotel. Nice, spacious, eveything you need, even for a long stay. And the price: perfect! Defintively will look for it in my next stay.
