We liked our stay at MX Grand very much. It was a nice reprieve from the craziness of Mexico City. The locating was convenient to many things. We liked having a kitchen very much although the just have a Nespresso, so we ended up buying a small coffee maker for the mornings. The patio was nice and we were happy to be on the back side because of the street noise, but the view was off a parking lot. The bed was comfy and the staff very nice.

The location is excellent, with everything you might need within a very short distance, and the suite is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities expected for an enjoyable stay. What truly made the difference, however, was Gerardo. He was consistently proactive, helpful, and genuinely kind, always ensuring that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Great Location! Very clean and modern. Staff was very polite and attentive at all hours. Definitely would stay again. Good water pressure in the shower. There's an OXXO at the corner and restaurants in the same street. Look at their hours they seem to close early. The one across street delicious.

Spacious room centrally located. Nice to have a deck and fortunately we were at the back of the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a charge for various items in the room but no price list provided. Side streets are quiet and dark in the evenings.

Overall 3.5 rating. Nothing too bad, just a few random things like the water leaks out the shower a bit too much even when fully closed or the fridge made a random scary loud noise one night, but the staff is communicative, attentive, you have everything you need, huge rooms, good view if you have the garden view and in walking distance to so much great stuff.

Everything about this hotel was incredible! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was always clean. It definitely felt like the perfect location at least for what my wife and I wanted to do. I would definitely come back to this place
