Really good hotel and good staff Not very good in understanding allergies in English

Property is a bit dated and the buffet is easily overwhelmed. They quickly run out of cups and the coffee service is slow.

Poor hotel for the price. Certainly not a five star hotel. Gloomy, sunless room, despite being offered and priced as a sea-view room. Better value elsewhere.

This was one of the best hotel we have enjoyed our stay w excellent, courteous n helpful staff. Very nice ocean front facility. We would love to come back n enjoy this place.

Very chilled holiday. Loved all the activities in the hotel, yoga Pilates & belly dancing to name a few. Food was a bit samey every day. Would have been nice to have theme nights as other hotels do. Plenty of sun beds available. Loved hanging out with all the kitty cats

I stayed in a superior room for 6 days and went to a different room for 1 night! I Wassmer impressed by the one night room! 264 was at the end of the corridor, so very loud and a lot of passage! The superior room was so good. ( clean and the staff was very lovely)

I am in love with this hotel, everything was great,. the only thing I want to mention is that would be great from he stuff to tell people about the services available for each client regarding his own reservation, this way every body know well his rights and free services in the hotel

J avais choisi cet hotel suite aux bons commentaires lues...Ce n est pas un 5 étoiles pt plus un 3 et demi ou un 4 ....odeur forte dans la chambre a notre arrivé...lumiere de salle de vain qui fonctionne quand bon lui semble...la douche coule ....pour la nourriture cest bon mais tres tres répetitifs et souvebt cest tiede ou froid....on a le.droit a 2 restaurants a la carte dans la semaine le bbq est pourri ...lautre est super bon...aucune ambiance ...aucune animation...la piscine est glaciale et drapeau rouge toute la semaine donc a pas pu aller dans la.mer mais ca ce n est pas la.faute de l hotelier....le vin blanc est infecte et cest la seule sorte qu ils offrent...la plage est remplie de caca de cheval ou de chameau....ayant fait une soixante de pays dans le monde ce n est pas digne d un 5 etoiles loin de la

Amazing amazing properly. Very well maintained. Trip from Canada was worrrrth it! However if you’re looking for a party hotel, this isnt the one. Otherwise food is amazing, staff is great and everything is well maintained!

Bad experience,

We chose this over the Raddison Blu which had similar ratings and price point. We booked for five nights, but cancelled after the first night and moved to the Raddison Blu. Why? This hotel bills itself as 5 star, but it is anything but. The rating is from 2005. The beach facilities and pool are beautiful, but the service is rude and combative, and "all-inclusive" is anything but. Meals are available in the dining room and beer and wine are available. - We had two Tunisians in a large group of foreigners in D'Jerba for a wedding. One of the dining room staff got in a verbal altercation with one of the Tunisians because a group of four pushed two tables together for dinner (see picture). The rest of our group pushed five tables together with no issue. We went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager who refused to speak with us. - It was a normal hot summer day and the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool either the hotel or the rooms. At 10:30PM, our room was over 85F/29F. We called the front desk and the A/C technician came two hours later. He charged the system with A/C and we woke up to a huge puddle of water on the floor. - The wine is the cheapest Tunisian wine available and is pretty terrible. You can order better Tunisian wines, but they charge per bottle twice what you can buy for in the local market. If you are in a group, they will not serve a bottle. The dining room does not have enough water or coffee cups. AM Wait staff rude
