It was a fantastic experience. The ryokan was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is also convenient.

Absolutely amazing stay at this Ryokan. We stayed one night as part of a 3-week Japan trip and it felt like a holiday within a holiday. Everything impeccable, friendly service and fantastic comfort. The meals were out of this world good, our room had a private Onsen which was amazing, but there's also an outdoor Onsen which you can enjoy at pretty much any time. Lovely stay!

Situated at a very nice and quiet location, Suihoen was a fantastic and a high-end place to stay. Their hospitality, food, and facilities were beyond our expectations. Their indoor and outdoor Onsen were pleasant, and our room with a private Onsen was so relaxing and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast served were delicious because of its local rice, vegetables, special tofu and beef. We highly recommend Suihoen for anyone who look for an authentic kaiseki Ryokan experience in a wonderful hot spring environment.

Excellent service from the moment I parked my car in the parking lot next to the front entrance. They assisted us for our luggage and the seamless check in. The room is bigger than the normal Japanese style bedroom, and a separated room for changing and luggages. The private onsen on the 2nd floor and the public ones on the 5th floor are the must visit during the stay. The dinner came in 14 courses and the hida beef is unbeatable, and the breakfast is fantastic too.

内風呂、露天風呂とも清潔感があり満足しました。 食事も地産地消心がけていただき、美味しくいただきました。

I experienced the essence of gastronomy here in this hotel. Plus, the onsen water was really good. The room was also well designed. everything was very good.

交通：由於我們是包車旅遊，到酒店的時候司機和車子會離開，酒店職員立即安排膳食及安排時間接載我們準時到達觀賞煙花的地點，很貼心。翌日早餐後，職員亦詢問是否需要接載我們到什麼地方，感覺有賓至如歸。 食物：精緻好味，非常棒 服務：朋友把手鏈遺留在溫泉的locker內，我第二天email酒店，他們立即把手鏈寄到我們在大阪的酒店，服務快捷迅速有禮，非常感謝！

Great location with free parking space. Very nice & helpful staff. But the spa area is too small when u are in the famous hotspring town.

環境十分寧靜，雖然地方不是太大但因為房間不多所以不是太多人。有二個公共溫泉同一個付費私人溫泉，溫泉地方不大，但我二次去都沒有人，好像包場咁。3-6點可在大堂餐飲領取一杯免費嘢飲，可以浸完溫泉去飲番杯，好貼心的諗法。房間都算大十分乾淨沒有異味，而雪櫃內的飲料是免費供應有綠茶，水，啤酒。早餐和晚餐都好好吃，種類都多。員工十分友善同禮貌令我今次旅程過得十分舒適。

従業員の方の気遣い、挨拶が素晴らしく、心地よく過ごせました。 釜で炊いたご飯や郷土料理など、夕食、朝食共に美味しかったです。

初めてのホテルでしたが、雰囲気も良く、部屋も綺麗でアメニティーも充実しておりとても良いホテルでした。 また、是非宿泊したいと思っています。 当然、お食事○、お風呂○です。

三千元一晚, 食方面比較普通,而露天溫泉方面,太細了, 但有停車位,及花園位置景色都ok

房間比想像中大，整潔度高，私人風呂又可遠觀下呂的鄉村景觀，一泊2食很好味，有飛彈牛。
