Perfect location for the perfect beach. Breakfast was included and excellent as well. 10 stars.

Nous étions dans la section appartement, ce qui convenait parfaitement à notre type de voyage. Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable, sans toutefois être exceptionnel, à l’exception de l’emplacement qui est véritablement le grand point fort de l’établissement. La vue est magnifique et l’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des plus belles calas, avec un accès facile aux villes environnantes ainsi qu’aux routes principales. C’est honnêtement l’endroit parfait pour maximiser la découverte de l’île de Mallorca. Le stationnement public est pratique en dehors des périodes achalandées, ce qui a bien fonctionné pour nous. Par contre, durant la journée, lorsque la plage est très fréquentée, cela peut rapidement devenir compliqué. L’appartement lui-même était correct, sans plus, mais il demeurait cohérent avec le prix payé et nos attentes. Les heures d’ouverture du restaurant de l’hôtel sont toutefois moins adaptées au rythme de vie touristique et surtout différentes de plusieurs restaurants espagnols auxquels nous sommes habitués, qui ouvrent généralement plus tard en soirée. Le service reflète également notre impression générale : bon, mais pas exceptionnel.

Property was very clean and well located to the beach! They could add simple things like paper towels, face cloths, full length mirror, kleenex for each room. These simple amenities would make the stay perfect. As it's the little things that make the big difference! Staff is lovely and helpful. Do not come during prime beach hours as there is not designated parking -- so you compete with beach goers. All in all a lovely time!

One of the worst places to ever make a booking. Completely inflexible, took our money and refused to refund us even a dollar even though we had a medical emergency and had given them significant advance notice. They have also made it a point not to respond to us or to Expedia because of our request for a refund when there was a real medical emergency and we couldn't travel. While we understand that the hotel has its own terms and conditions, this demonstrates a very clear basis to avoid places like this, and to book in places that are more flexible and customer-centric. We will never book in this place again and will likely tell all our friends not to either. Stay away!!!!

Great access to beach. Proximity to restaurants shops and grocery

Lovely apartment, a stones throw from the beach. Nearest supermarket is 10 mins drive away, so stock up. There’s basically nothing at the complex. There are a few restaurants on the beach, overpriced and lacking bar the drach one. Do not wash your sandy items in the water at the hotel - regardless of using soap or drying, they will stink! They don’t give many bed sheets, the adult bed had 2x mattress sheets and we were shivering overnight. We did ask for more & we’re given 1 additional bed sheet. So, very cold despite the air con / heating system at night. About 1 hours drive from Palma airport, so, I recommend 4+ days stays as we were very tired. Staff were friendly. The beds are hireable on the beach between 10am & 6pm, after 6 you can hop on one for free. The sea outside the hotel is idyllic and beautiful for swimming. Late night restaurants - bug spray recommended! Sofa bed for the “kids” was OK, and comfier than the king size bed. Have fun, we’d go back with a blanket or three, no sink or shower water use, a big food shop & a longer stay overall!

Simple, clean apartment with everything you need. Close to the beach. Great pool for kids. Lots of easy eating options. A peaceful, family-friendly break.

We were so lucky to have found this gem at the last minute for a three night stay. The location next to Santanyi Cala is exceptional. Although the hotel has an older feel to it, the cachet it has and the experience we had more than compensated. We had two bathrooms which were beautiful renovated and super clean. The apartment was nicely decorated and had two balconies with amazing charming views. The only thing was the AC seems to have a difficult time in July yet the room was still cool enough for our comfort. This is a very special place for a relaxing experience. Easily accessible in car and public transport.

Very clean property, exactly as pictured. Apartment was in excellent condition and very spacious. Facilities were robust and complete. My only gripe was that the outdoor pool closed very early at 7pm which was frustrating for our children. But a fantastic place to stay and very close to the beach! As pictured.

This hotel is right next to one of the prettiest beaches I've ever seen, along with fantasic beachside restaurants. Very picturesque! The hotel staff were great, and the room/apartment were superb. I want to book another stay there already, was very hard to leave! Also, the bus stop is conveniently right next to the property, for easy visits to Santanyi and Cala Figuera.

Great for families!

Our family had a great stay! Staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice having laundry facilities on site as we were traveling with children. The day we checked out we were able to store our luggage and also use a bathroom with showers to freshen up before heading to the airport. The location was great - restaurant options at the hotel and also nearby, beach was right outside the door. The hotel doesn't have designated parking but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby (we traveled early June). We would stay here again!

Great room with lovely view. Good beach bar and nice breakfast. Pool in shade for most of day but beach wonderful. A little difficult to find staff at a late check in 8.30pm. But would visit again.

Very nice and helpful staff and that is quite rare for hotels in Mallorca in my experience. (I have stayed in many hotels all across Mallorca over many years). The location is great, being so close to Cala Santanyi. I encourage the staff to continue to be polite and helpful and to treat customers with respect. This differentiates them from the majority of hotels in Mallorca, many of which have staff that do not actually like tourists or foreigners, and even resent them. The only issue I found was that there is only one elevator to go to the rooms and the elevator is rather small, so you can find yourself waiting a long time for the elevator and then not getting in with others because it would be too many people for the space.
