Rushton Hall is a wonderful place. It sits in immaculate grounds and the building has a fascinating history (ask to see the priest hole!) All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The pool was warm and clean. Food delicious and well-served. Highly recommended 👌.

Despite a refurb the rooms are still in need of updates, I did report them to reception. Bedroom was freezing cold on arrival, had both underfloor and an air pump which was strange. Breakfast was very good.

Amazing stay, staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was beautiful, set in stunning scenery. Spa was excellent and not too busy. Food in the restaurant was incredible. Amazing hotel, would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely stunning hotel, welcomed by staff the moment we arrived and all very friendly- nothing seems like too much trouble. Spa facilities are lovely and the evening meal and lunch we had were amazing. Already looking at a return visit ❤️ Big thanks to Paul. I left 2 bracelets in my bathrobe. Amazing break at Rushton Hall; beautiful grounds and enjoyed seeing the pheasants and bunnies. Hotel was great and a brilliant breakfast.

Hotel was ok, room was a long walk but that's ok. Check in/out with Ashley wasn't great... Not one please or thank you which doesn't give a good first impression. Felt like I was doing him an inconvenience!

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, which has lots of charm. The location is so peaceful, and listening to the dawn chorus in the morning, after a great sleep in a very comfy bed, was a pleasure. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. in the room, although no fridge. The spa was spotlessly clean and the facilities really good for a quick session in the evening - a nice extra treat to enjoy the stay. I do have quite a critical eye though, and there are things that could be a little better. The room was lovely but the paintwork was knocked in places and needed touching up, and marks on the wall where a previous guest must have spilled a drink needed cleaning. The shower leaked despite the glass door. There were some damp patches in the bathroom. There’s just a little feeling the hotel isn’t as loved/cared for as it could be, and a little TLC would elevate the experience. Not much effort would make it excellent, instead of good. All that said, for the price I paid it’s really worth it for a quiet getaway, and I will stay again!

The room was lovely - softer pillows would be even better. The room was very smart only thing needed a quick paint of skirting at entrance and it would be perfect. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is by far the best, helpful, friendly and professional staff, room spotless as expected. The facilities were also very nice, the spa and restaurant were exceptional. But the biggest thing is the historic building itself, what a place, will !00% be returning when we need a country escape!

Didn’t eat breakfast

Breakfast was lovely. Was very disappointed the pool was freezing so I didn’t get in which was disappointing I looked on reviews it said heated pool other people did make comments how cold it was . The bed was wide but very short my partners feet were over the bed all night
