Everything is good, I like it and is close to Bukit Bintang and a lot of food around here.

As long as Mercure is around, I always try to stay there.

Why can't I check into my hotel room right away, even though it's already 4:09 PM? The staff said I can only check in at 5:00 PM.

I had such a great stay at Mercure Shaw Parade! The hotel is super clean, modern, and surprisingly friendly for guests with disabilities because it’s not to far from drop off to lobby and I easily reach even though using Crutches, The accessible room was spacious, with a roll-in shower and everything designed to make moving around easy. The staff were really kind and always willing to help — they made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Berjaya Times Square and lots of food options nearby. I really appreciate how thoughtful the hotel is toward accessibility. It made my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and inclusive stay in KL! 🌟

The room was spacious, nice, and clean, and the breakfast was good. It's close to downtown, within walking distance to TRX Mall. There's plenty of food around the hotel, and it's also within walking distance to Berjaya Times Square.

This is my second time staying at Mercure Shaw Parade. My reservation did not include breakfast. So I just crossed the street from the hotel to find a 24-hour food stall. The location is strategic to Lalaport mall and Hang Tuah LRT station. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, typical of Mercure. The service is quite friendly and fast. Recommended hotel if you stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location, surrounded by lots of food stalls including the famous roast pork, Wong Mei Kee. Near to TRX Exchange Mall, Furama Plaza, and Lolly Port. Free daily mini bar, love it. Clean room and nice view from hotel.
