Good location and nice friendly service

Location very good - central. Great Saturday market in the Square across the road.

Overall, Evie welcomed me in warmly despite my late arrival. She showed me the essentials of what I would need to know for my stay such as the parking and restaurant, and it was an easy transaction. Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope to come back again soon.

It was very nice and central, making it easy to walk around central Napier. Check in was slightly tricky, but the Reception agent at their sister property was most helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shops, the art deco area and good restaurants. Our room was spacious and well apportioned. We managed to secure a hotel parking space which was very useful. The hotel staff were very good and most helpful.

Overall, I was very pleased with the property! It's basic, but clean, up-to-date, well-maintained and safe. My room was very spacious. The check-in is "remote" (the front desk is staffed for only a few hours each day), but the process was very simple - the hotel sent very clear instructions and provided a mobile # in case I ran into any problems (which I didn't). The property is close to a wide choice of restaurants and shops, about a 7 minute walk from the waterfront, and best of all (for me) ... about a 3 minute walk to the intercity bus stop. Highly recommended if you don't care about "luxury" and just want a safe, clean place to sleep.

When we arrived, we did initially find it difficult to park, but a space soon became available, it was street parking. The staff on check in was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy. There were plenty of places to eat round town.

It was a great place to stay. Incredibly clean, super centric and the room was so spacious and nicelydecorated, we hoped we could stay there longer. Highly recommend it 👌

We had to go to hastings for a funeral. Motel was clean and presentable. Would come back.

Average accommodation no view Old stile building no card for lock old fashioned key. Receptionist friendly and helpful thought she was more like my granddaughter than an employee. Room nice and quiet and the bikkie was a nice touch.

No parking had to park on road Toilet kept clogging up Checked into our room 2 hours later and walked in it wasn’t made up Got upgraded to another room No plates Took the towel off the rack it was broken like they just stick it on it Same as where u put the toilet roll was broken fell off the wall Bad experience

Room and bathroom super clean. Comfy bed and linen, awesome shower pressure!

The motel is in a convenient location and felt extremely safe as a solo traveller. Room was great, bed comfortable. Really like the close proximity to beach area, shopping, readurants and transport.
