Clean, great onsen, big room, friendly staff

Cute little resort with a shuttle direct to the ski lifts and an outdoor onsen I wish I’d used more! The water temp was perfectly hot in the sub zero temps. I didn’t see any signs about tattoos not being allowed so I didn’t cover mine, but my friend and I also had it to ourselves the one time we went.

Good quiet location but limited dining place

This hotel is a little off the beaten path but if you have a rental car it is just a short drive from unkai terrace. Another great advantage is being close to the bear reserve at the top of the mountain which I highly recommend if you have the time. Comfortable rooms with AC, ping pong tables near the laundry so you can play while you wait. Very happy with this hotel.

トイレ故障時の部屋変更に時間がかかり、業者対応も宿泊者が行うなど対応に疑問を感じました。 また、冷蔵庫に前の宿泊者の忘れ物が残っており、子どもの安全面でも不安がありました。 さらに、フロントへの問い合わせやメールにも十分な対応や返信がなく、全体としてホスピタリティを感じられませんでした。

フロント受付担当者は難聴者対応で、わかりやすく説明、案内してくださって、安心できた。 ビュッフェ式の食事も、バラエティな地元の材料をもとに、献立おいしかった。 コンドラ・リフト券の早割引のパス券の安くしてくださった。 サホロリゾート内、ヒグマの冬眠見学も親切で、案内してくださった。

人が多過ぎなくてゆったり楽しめました。 温泉もほぼ貸切で気持ちよかったです。

食事はイマイチ

家族向けリゾートホテル

2泊しました。大浴場を含め施設はきれいで、満足のいくものでした。ただ、冬のスキー場の中なので、外部のレストラン等は遠く、酒好きの私には使えるところはありませんでした。また、朝食は1度は食べてみたいと思いましたが、一人4000円では無理でした。

春スキーのタイミングがオススメ

お部屋も綺麗でお風呂も露天風呂があり気持ちが良かったです。食事は北海道の食材を使ってとても美味しくいただきました。野ウサギやキタキツネも近くにいました。周りの自然も綺麗です。
