Very nice warm welcoming house and hostess.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We opted for the cold continental breaky which was good with plenty of options and fresh fruit. We received an upgrade to an ensuite room which was awesome (none were available when we booked). Of note, google map sent us to the wrong location, found the right place but inputting the postal code.

Kathleen is a most welcoming host, this is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, authentic experience. Lots of nice fresh fruit and delicious soda bread were among the offerings at breakfast.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at Plantation Lodge, nothing was too much trouble for the host, they were most accommodating to our changing plans. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the breakfast options were plentiful and varied.

Great alternative to staying at nearby Cabra Castle. Quiet, spacious room and comfortable bed. Owner was very accommodating and offered several breakfast options. Highly recommend this stay.

Kathleen is a gem! Such a lovely and friendly host. Went above and beyond by helping us find taxis and even dropped us off to Cabra Castle herself when our taxi didn’t show (saving us being late to friend’s wedding!). Definitely recommend!

We was stayed as family of 4 people .We had planty of space in family room.The family who owns the hoter was very nice and friendly The property was clean and really well maintained. We was more than happy

Kathleen runs a lovely B&B out and away from the cities. It was a very nice break from hectic Dublin. Beautiful area and just a short walk to the nearby Cabra Castle which has a short woodland walk. Definitely recommend a stay here if you find yourself in the area.
