It was great. Front counter clerk was excellent.

It was a nice very open clean and well furnished room very comfortable beds. The rooms include a stove top burner extra big sink and full size refrigerator and freezer. They do offer room service but only if you staying I believe it was a week, but offer daily fresh linens that you can usually change out. Very accommodating staff the front desk is always present and always helpful and always nice and polite. My one and only about this place is I would love if they had on-site coffee, they do sell you a coffee pot. Oh and the bending machines on the first floor are more than reasonably priced cheaper than walking up to the convenience store.

The beds are awful. Had to go to Walmart and get mattress toppers so we could sleep. We were miserable every morning.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. There was no hair dryer in bathroom.

The night shift check in person was very Nice and accommodating. She was very personable and was able to make our later check in process easy. I can’t remember her name but her personality is exactly what customers look for and return back because of

The staff was pleasantly and the property was quiet however the room was clearly not cleaned. Crumbs and dust on the desk, dried up food stuck in the microwave, stains on the bathroom counter, urine drops on the toilet seat, ripped up chair and a roach crawled on the wall one night. The room was a good size and I appreciate the kitchen amenities but I would never stay here again.

Loved having a kitchen - but would have liked a heads up about no dishes, pans, etc. Everything else was great!

This hotel was very clean and accommodating. Has a kitchenette, very spacious and clean. It’s a little noisy but a fan can drown it out.

Clean and quiet

When we first arrived, the girl at the front desk was the friendliest person. We got room 113, went to room, it gadnt been cleaned. Totally dirty, bed not made, kinda gross, then we went back up to desk to let front desk girl know we needed a new room, she gave us 222, room was also disgusting, bed was made but looked like someone had been laying on it, there were ashes in room all over floor, there was an ashtray with water and ashes in microwave, also burnt cheese on glass turntable in microwave, my husband was fed up and wanted to shower, but the shower was dirty, and full of hair, even on walls of shower, also before we walked in room there was a black bag of garbage outside door, we called front desk to let her know, we didn't want to get charged the $250 fee for smoking in room, plus we were either gonna need a room that had been serviced or we were gonna leave, so she came upstairs looked, apologized, still the sweetest girl honestly, then gave us another room on same floor. Our new room was 227. It was cleaner except the floors, we left our stuff in room to go to dinner, when we came back to sleep, we were both exhausted and really wanted to sleep. The bed was soo uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on rails. Then about 2am our neighbors starting pounding on the walls and hollering, pretty annoying when you want to sleep. The policy about the WIFI was odd to us, only one device could be connected or you needed to pay extra, there were 2 people in room
