Great Location, very good property, well equipped. Communication was perfect. Deffinitely recommended.

The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk

Checking in was a pain. Had to check in a separate location to pick the keys. It means two Uber trip for a family of 5.

The apartment is nice. It is not big, but enough for the two of us. The shower requires hand holding, not convenient. They provided a nice stove, but no utensil so you cannot use it. They promise cleaning service in the middle of our stay but no one showed. The apartment is located in a very steep slope, so walking up to it is a challenge. It is ground floor, so the curtain must be kept closed all the time. Noise is an issue because of the street level and sometimes loud conversation outside in the late hour can wake us up. The location is good - right near Sao Bento train station.

No air conditioner only electric fans. Poor wifi

O apartamento atendeu bem minhas expectativas. O único problema é que por ser uma edificação que tem a porta de vidro direto para rua e também dois janelões ocupando toda a frente, a privacidade fica prejudicada

La propiedad esta un poco deteriorada, no hay aire acondicionado, por la parte de atras hay mucho drogadicto que da la sensación de inseguridad, pero en general está regular, si hay que buscar estacionamiento porque no hay donde aparcar
