The host was great. The location was convenient.

Our stay at 5 Ojo Inn was amazing. Susan was so thoughtful providing umbrella as weekend forecast was rainy. Our bed was so comfy, both breakfasts were so yummy and cookies left on our door knob in the late afternoon was much appreciated after exploring downtown of Eureka Springs. Highly recommended to stay with 5 Ojo!!

Great little weekend getaway. Everything was taken care of perfectly and the hospitality was impeccable.

Lovely grounds, nice hot tub, and 3 beautiful bucks came up from the woods around 9:30 am. Tasty gourmet breakfast. Kind hosts. Top notch all around.

It was a nice place

I had amazing experience staying at this charming B&B. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite. It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were treated the first morning with 3 small bucks right off the hot tub deck. The breakfast morning was amazing and the hostess was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was perfect! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We are already planning our next stay.

Quaint, clean, and very hospitable

Very nice B&B. Walkable to most of Eureka Spings, but is quite hilly. If the climb is tough the Trolley Stop is right in front of the property. The hosts are fantastic, will go back

Great place to stay. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Close to downtown. Best breakfast of any B&B I have stayed in by far. Great price and value.

Wonderful stay at Ojo Inn. Stayed in the Hideaway which was quiet and a lovely retreat. The inn is on the trolley loop so easy to access everything. The breakfast each morning was amazing. Definately recommend 5 Ojo Inn.

Room was very nice except air conditioner wasn't big enough for the room

It was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast, and it was a great experience. We stayed in the carriage house, which was a little cottage all to itself away from the main house slightly. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. There was even plenty of waters in the fridge for us. The hot tub was right outside of our room, it was 104° and was great! The breakfast was probably the best part it was really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Oh and we got cookies delivered to our room!

The willow room was very warm and cozy. Had everything you needed.

Overall, an excellent experience with great hospitality, we were particularly delighted by the the delicious breakfasts.

It is a older property, but very well maintained.
