if i could give 0 starts i would. bed bugs, broken door handles, the stove turned on and off by itself multiple times, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, the on site restaurant wasn’t open one time, thei’ launder area’ smelled like cat pee, i really have nothing positive to report. we even requested a refund because our stay was so bad.

Room was dirty, floors were sandy and somebody else's hair was in our dresser drawers ....The AC wasn't working properly and the whole time I loss sleep...no elevator accourse and they don't give you a map on how to get to your room...

It was clean friendly space. The rooms smelled so good. The bathrooms are a little out dated but it was perfect. We had the walk out option will never do it another way. It was an elite stay!

For an older hotel this was what I would call average to good. It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient for our needs. The staff were very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the pool and the views of the beach. Will definitely be booking here again soon!

This property was not as advertised. One room had a literal bug infestation. The second offered room smelled like mold. Third room the phone didnt work. None had the requested dining table. Did not remain there.

I booked my stay before I read the reviews and when I started reading them I got nervous. I went o in expecting the worst. I stopped and bought all kinds of cleaning supplies and also got 2 sets of sheets and some new towels …complete waste of money!!! The room was very clean and no stains or wear on the sheets or towels. All of the dishes )service for 4) were clean and the bathroom was spotless. The only suggestion I would have for the room would be to add in a small table and chairs or at least a table. The pool was huge and very clean. But there is little to no lighting at night and that was a little concerning to me because there were a couple of children out there after dark. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and so did my friends. There isn’t daily housekeeping inside the room which is fine with me because I don’t like people going in with my stuff anyways but they did bring fresh towels daily and picked up the garbage if I set it out by the door. I went the week after Labor Day and it wasn’t crowded or loud at all and I will definitely be staying there when we go back next year!!!

Older hotel no frills

We stayed on the lower level- able to walk right out of room to the beach. Room was very basic, but met all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty, “Beachview” obstructed, outside bar closed most of stay, trash in bushes, overgrown walkway to beach, couldn’t sit on balcony bc smell of marijuana and it being so dirty, someone’s contact stuck to nightstand

Price, outdoor pool, Tiki Bar, air conditioning, willingness to accommodate reservation requests.

Good Views.

Stay was good. Customer service did not speak English. They asked for a security deposit hold that they have yet to return my calls about refunding and it’s been more than 2 weeks. I also chose to pay at the property and they canceled my reservation 2 days prior bc they had not received payment. This is a property you will need to pay upfront.

Black Mold in the walls not clean at bath tub is nasty I want to refunded for how bad it is

Got to the hotel at 3 o'clock. Told us we had to wait because they were cleaning the room. We get into the room which was 2 Queen beds beach view, 2nd floor with a kitchen. We go to the room. And has gum stuck to the floor food on the floor eye boogers on my bed with a eyelash.. Blood stain on my bed stove was dusty room was not swept. Love bugs all over the place. One top of the AC unit inside the room holes in the ceiling, no fire alarm. Went down. Complained, about be moved. She told me she was fully booked but moved. Another lady came back down.my husband Talk to the manager, he was apologizeing They are taking over the hotel. They're gonna fix it up. He did give me a free meal and 2 free drinks. When back to the room all they did to Is sweep, the floor did not get up. All the bugs change my bed. The gum was still on the floor stove was still dusty looked like its never been used and bugs was still on top of the AC unit. The ratings say comfortable beds, Yes, it has a great view.Beds are not comfortable, did not get no sleep.I was very disappointed but I will give them another shot.After they remodel, the staff was nice manager was apologetic. But on the downside, they tried to charge my card today and already paid them before the trip. And manager was nice apologetic.They're trying to fix the problem but he'll clean the rooms whose ever clean in a room's does not care and why? I had to wait for an hour while they were cleaning my room to get checked in when they did
