We stayed in a junior suite, and had a fantastic stay! Stayed for three nights with my husband and three year old son. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Plenty of supermarkets nearby also to stock up on essentials for self catering. Our room was lovely, modern, spotless and equipped with all necessary facilities. The room is equipped with a smart Tv; hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, microwave, complete kitchenware, cooking utensils and kettle.The complementary toiletries and kitchen snacks provided were second to none. The bedding and towels provided were plentiful and of good quality. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent. There was even a beach bag euth two beach towels left for us, nice touch! The day before we checked in; I read a couple of reviews which complained that the rooms were completely open plan with no privacy for the shower and toilet. When I expressed concerns about this, Paula actually asked a colleague to send a video of our room so that we could make sure it was suitable before we arrived. The room was absolutely perfect; there is sufficient separation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the toilet is within a completely separate area with a door. Every member of staff we came into contact with were warm, welcoming and very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100 per cent recommend, and we will definitely choose San Marina apartments again when we return. Thank you!

Great location in the city of Las Palmas, but 2 blocks from the promenade and beach. Most communication on line, but all went smoothly. Beautiful accommodation with everything that you might need.

Convenient location, modern, clean and very spacious. It is very loud on Friday/Saturday night until 01:00 or later. It would have been nice if the property had thicker curtains in the lounge area for more privacy. I would stay again at Gran Marina, I highly recommend the accommodation.

La estancia ha ido bien, se nota que es un edificio reformado, que huele muy bien, lo único el agua de la ducha de nuestra habitación era difícil controlar la temperatura, pues de repente quemaba, se ponía fría y volvía al punto en el que lo habías puesto bien. En cualquier caso, lo recomiendo 100%

Everything was good but i just couldnt stand the smell coming from the bathroom sewer. (To be fair i heard its a commom problem in the island.

Lovely spacious property with very nicely decorated and furnished. Well situated for the beach and restaurants etc. Truly great property!

Superb. The owners have gone to a great deal of care, consideration and expense to ensure a wonderful stay. Apartments have all modern amenities- comfortable furniture, king size bed, WiFi, lift to all floors, good air conditioning and lovely Vanessa who cleans daily. Everything spotless and excellent condition. Located within a few minutes of beautiful beach, lots of restaurants and a long flat promenade. Local market and bars within 2 minutes walk. Ideal for young, old, families- everyone. Climate beautiful all year round. Apartment 17 is at the top on the 4th floor. It has one bedroom with a spacious sun terrace and shower. Many thanks to Elena, the owner, who can arrange cheap transfers to the airport.

Hola buenas tardes ,pues el servicio limpieza muy mal estuvimos todo el día fuera y cuando llegamos a la noche a dormir había arena de playa en la cama ,lo más importante de una estancia es la cama donde vamos a descansar y estaba sucia le envío una foto

Very nice 2 night stay with 2 adults and 1 seven year old child. The suites are very clean and comfortable. Good location if you want to go Playa de las Canteras main beach. Convenience stores just around the block. Very helpful staff that I did not actually meet :). Check-in and airport transfer handled through Whatsapp. After flight it was delight to get to the room right away with provided pin codes. Can recommend this establishment very gladly for longer stays as well!
