Absolutely horrendous. The property itself is 1-2 miles from City Centre. There is no staff on-site. No air conditioning no heating, bright orange light pouring in through the windows all night. Beds were stiff flimsy and difficult to sleep on. Floors covered by a very rough area rug.

No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. Rooms get cleanead in a per visit basic so avoid long stays.

The use of digitalization techniques (key for the hotel, for the room) is amazing. I was asked through e-mail, what I would like to have for breakfast. Amazing.

The host was very friendly and contacts you directly if you have any questions or concerns. Also privately messages you all information so easy to access. Very nice breakfast menu.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for its overall cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to get around, and there are several grocery stores nearby for essentials. However, I did notice some mold stains in the shower, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the scent of spices from the restaurant next door occasionally drifted into the room at night. Overall, it's a comfortable place with a few minor inconveniences.

Really friendly staff and helpful. We opted for breakfast which was also great value for the 2 of us. There is a tram stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel which will take you into the city centre which I would recommend. We walked to Louiza and that was a nice suburb to walk around too.

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. The area is a block away from a grocery store and stops for the tram and busses, which is convenient. The hosts were responsive to all my questions I had during my stay in Brussels.

The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The bathroom is well equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries and a shower with sufficient water pressure. The host was lovely and very considerate - an ironing board and iron were provided on request. The breakfast was more than adequate with fruit, bread, spreads, pastries and more. We had a completely trouble-free stay at the property.

Picture and description are not at all what you get. 3 flights up, no lights or significant signage and over an Indian restaurant! Not a great part of town, very loud. Both tvs had no signal and didn’t work, never saw a human being until 10 am on check out day when she wanted to clean? Multiple codes to get in property and room but no light on outside of property. Bare minimum place w good pics

Room was great and clean. Very Quiet area. There’s no A/C but it was cool and they had a fan. Walking distance to to Avenue Louise. Would stay here again.

Not easy for car driving.
