We were greeted at reception by the very helpful Angela who took us personally to their free secure underground parking next door. We had a very comfortable spacious room and substantial breakfast. We loved the warmth of this family owned hotel in the heart of beautiful Ioannina.

Our room had no balcony, even though in the pictures it seems this room category should have had a balcony. However, it didn’t bother us too much, since we only booked for two nights. The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries. If we will ever travel again to Ioannina we will definitely re-book again at this hotel.

VERY Poor breakfast. Poor accessibility with lots of stairs. Staff that doesn't know English at all. Reasonable room. The only good thing was the location.

Stayed here a few times as its good location, decent room and reasonable price. Bonus is parking, underground garage.

The Hotel is situated in the centre, close to the shops and the old town. Renovated and clean with good, freshly cooked breakfast.

While the hotel was nice, when we checked out of the room, we were told we need to pay the price, even though we had already paid via credit card on the Expedia site, right when we booked the room. Then the hotel owner started yelling at us, and saying he wants to be paid, and that he has no affiliations with trivago or Expedia, even though his hotel is advertised there. He was rude, insulting, and treated us like we were trying to scam him. He would not accept any form of proof of payment, neither from the Expedia site and emails I received, nor from my credit card provider who had records of the transaction. He kept yelling this is not his bank account, and ultimately we were threatened to pay in cash for a second time. Horrible experience.

The location of the hotel was good. The room was clean. The receptionist staff weren't friendly. As we weren't at the room to check out at 12:00 as we were at the hospital and arrived at the hotel at 12:30, we found our luggages at the reception area without being informed.

The hotel is centrally located and comfortable with free parking, all at a reasonable price. The staff, however, seemed disorganised and at times disinterested - they struggled to locate my booking and room key at check-in, and the reception desk was left unmanned frequently. This posed an inconvenience at times, but the hotel was otherwise pleasant.

Very very clean room and facilities, the breakfast was perfect and the existence of the garage was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city by feet.

Well situated in the middle of the city and near a lot of historical sites. However the staff was not very friendly and helpful. Ok for one or 2 nights.

Located in the central part of the city and easy walk to the castle. The only good thing ended there. While we were visiting, the whole town was out of water for entire day into the next day. The staff failed to mention this prior to our visit - since it was a town-wide water shortage, they would've known about this ahead of time - and did not provide any update during our visit so we had no idea when the water would be available. They didn't provide any water bottles for us to use or drink. We absolutely hated our stay due to their lack of communication and attentiveness. Would not recommend staying here.

Friendly concierge welcomed us and despite our minimal Greek and his limited English we managed to organise parking and our room. Underground hotel parking was very secure. Room was very comfortable. Beds and pillows were firm. The breakfast was an amazing array of Greek specialties served at your table by the friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the room rate. The location was great if you would like to explore the lake and the old castle (fortress) Would certainly recommend this as a very pleasant hotel.
