Was met by a lovely lady when we arrived. Even gave us an upgrade. Very accommodating and was very happy with accommodation.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I booked and fully paid for a room, only to arrive and be told my booking was not in their system. Despite showing my confirmation, the staff insisted they had no available rooms and offered no solution, leaving me stranded and scrambling for last-minute accommodation. To make matters worse, when I later reported this case to booking platform, they claimed they had reached out to the motel to request a refund, but the motel refused. This completely contradicts what the staff told me on the night—that the booking or payment never reached them. So, either the motel misled me at check-in, or they are now refusing to take responsibility. Would not recommend. Avoid this place at all costs.

Appreciated the room upgrade. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. I had a bit of trouble working out the tv but that's more of a me problem.! Well located if you are using the intercity bus. Thanks.

There was no tv channels other than Freeview. I booked that motel as the pro-mo said that there was Sky with 50 plus channels. (See the yellow part of the signage in the image above)

Easy to shop

Great location to the University and easy transportation into the city. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

Clean comfortable quiet well priced

Person who greeting us was lovely she had upgraded our room at no extra cost as we had 1 child with us and gave us a 1 bedroom appartment instead of a studio room. She showed us to your room and told us off the ammenties of the room. Very lovely and friendly would stay here again.

Staff is really nice and location is very convenient to where we are going.

Lovely staff and is very clean and quiet. The perfect place to stay when visiting children and Christchurch University.

handy for airport and quiet

The motel was not only clean but the staff werecourteous and great hosts. Nothing was a problem. zsecond time we have stayed there and it was exactly the same service we recieved last time. Highly reccomended.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived early without any issue

Very helpful and clean

The owners were lovely people, very friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent apart from the one bedside cabinet which had something in it, Cheers
