Break fast an Beach view

This hotel was okay I was really expecting something different. There was only one elevator working. Had to wait for a long time no AC in the lobby area

El Servicio del la alberca deficiente, los meseros que trabajan ahi tenia uno que ir a llamarlos y buscarlos, además de solo tener un elevador trabajando comentaron los mismos trabajadores que desde septiembre del 2025 esta descompuesto, el carrito que les ayuda a los botones a llevar las maletas tiene las llantas ponchadas, y la limpieza super deficiente. Asi que piénsala antes de viajar a este hotel.

Clean swimming pool, good breakfast. They have one elevator only and the rooms need a bit more maintenance

This hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. Many areas appear run-down, and during our stay only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and inconvenience. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.

A nice stay however the wifi was horrible, and in my opinion they need more staff in the pool area , other than that it was nice

Hotel is good if you’re going to go around town. Hotel in general needs some TLC but for the price it works.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Staff at breakfast very kind. Awesome beach view from our room. Loud mariachi bands throughout the day. Good place for beach walking and close to restaurants in gold zone. Pool was nice, plenty of lounges. The building itself in need of major repair! Rooms clean. Furniture needs update. No hand towels or wash clothes. Lobby desk staff very helpful.

Clean nice and perfect

Ocean View is nothing what the pictures show. Definitely needs to update pictures. We had booked 4 different rooms all four were very dirty one we noticed 2 cockroaches. Not enough towels were left in rooms, safe box didn't work in 3 rooms back sliding door did not lock at all. Very unsatisfied with our stay at this Hotel.

First of all, the pictures of the room are nothing compared to what it actually was. The bed is a full size bed, it should be a queen for my taste. Specially if you’re traveling with someone else. And the worst part of my experience for this hotel was that it had cockroaches. Extremely disgusting!

Very good

I had a terrible experience at that hotel. The elevator doesn't work, the rooms are in bad condition, and the service is awful. If you ask them for anything, they get annoyed. One person, a receptionist, was incredibly rude to me. She charged me 159 pesos for the key and called me "filthy tourists."

Never got to go and you only gave half our deposit back

Bed frame and other furniture was broken definitely they need to replace all their furniture, overall it needs a lot of maintenance, but it does has an excellent view.

Staff was nice, problem was the hotel itself There was only one elevator working, you would have to wait 10-15 minutes for it The room amenities were scraping due to the humidity
