There was a smell of tires and gasoline because the hotel is above a bus deport. I felt very sick and dizzy the entire time. I had to keep the window open so I could breath. Felt like I was suffocating and had headaches the entire time. Locations terrible and is a health and safety issue. I could not sleep because of the noise from the traffic, but I could not breath so I didn’t have much of a choice. You can hear the noise in the hallway, likely because this was previously an office building. Breakfast was horrible. I would have change hotels but could find anything last minute. I’m also pregnant and am worried about how the air quality may have impacted the baby.

Ok hôtel. Right on the highway. Nothing special but convenient.

Hotel is nice and in comparison to prices in Lucerne is a deal. That being said, the pillows needed to be changed years ago. One of mine was basically in 2 pieces and was only useable folded in half. Trash was still in the trash can from the prior guest and I could tell that was a female based on some Bathroom floor hair. Breakfast was great, staff was great and I’d probably still stay here again.

The room was super hot. No AC, just a small fun. We had to open the windows but the noise from the cars outside was awful.

Beautiful mountain view from some rooms. However, ground floor of the building is a bus garage and it's noisy and not a good location for a hotel. Amenities in the room are minimal. Overall, I'd say it's a 2-star not a 3-star as shown here.p

There were no hot water ( we need to leave 9 am and that time not water , we shower with cold water) hope management do some Breakfast not have much options

Not many amenities

No staff after a certain time if you need something, no kitchen service, poor maintenance, unwashed sheets. No air circulation, felt so claustrophobic… it was noisy. No housekeeping support

Super happy, helpful staff. Family room was just as expected - a good size. Bathroom was small, but had/did everything we needed! Car park was tight to get in/out of, but good to prevent windscreen frosting over. Location was perfect to visit Titlis and Luzern etc and breakfast offer was fair!

Very nice hotel, very precise and easy check-in at reception one floor up from ground. Very clean and modern. Found some restaurants not too far away. Scenic area. A bit high priced - but that is CH! Breakfast at 10 CHF per person was worth it.

This beautiful and simple hotel exceeded our expectations, offering exceptional value for the reasonable rate. The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the lobby to our room. While there was a slight scent of wood, likely due to the wooden furnishings, the room still felt fresh and inviting. The furnishings appeared to be brand new, adding to the overall appeal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Had one night in stans on way to Italy. Simple basic hotel, but claean a modern. Buffet breakfast was a bit limited but ok. Rooms very hot as no air-conditioning.

Straight forward stop off hotel, right off the motorway, used this as a stop on the way to italy. But no resturant in the evening :(

Good stay. Shower was a little funky but otherwise good.

The place was good and comfortable to stay. But no air conditioning only a fan for the room which was not enough and was told cannot get another one. Staff could have been a little more friendly.
