For anyone attending a concert at Impact Arena, I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently connected to both the concert venue and the mall. It's not hot, not wet, and you don't have to worry about traffic. You can stay here even if the concert ends late; many people walk back. Driving yourself is also super convenient; don't worry about parking, the parking lot is huge! The breakfast buffet is incredibly diverse – rice, soup, bread – choose whatever you like. The rooms are clean, and the staff are all excellent, always smiling and friendly. They greet you with a warm welcome and are always ready to help.

The room was clean, but it would be nice if they also provided toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and body lotion, considering the price wasn't cheap.

Everything was great. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were very attentive. The bed was soft, the room wasn't very spacious, but I slept very comfortably.

The location is excellent for those using the tennis courts at ALM IMPACT. It's a 2-minute walk to Court 1 and about a 5-minute walk to a 7-Eleven. It's a shame the room is a bit small. We stayed for 4 nights. A golf cart shuttle to the court or nearby areas would be great, especially during rainy weather. One unfortunate thing happened on our first day. We were sitting in the restaurant looking at the menu when my son opened a box of mangoes to eat. A female staff member came over and said that we weren't allowed to bring food into the restaurant. I understand it's inappropriate, and we were about to order food and drinks. We accept that it was impolite to bring fruit in, but why was our friend allowed to bring food like fried chicken and rice into the restaurant without any warning? Our friend only ordered drinks. Where is the standard of service? We are Thai, and you don't welcome us? Just because we're foreigners, you think you can do whatever you want? However, the male staff member was nice and attentive.

Whenever I come to watch a concert at Impact Arena, I always stay here.

I had a short but very comfortable stay at ibis Bangkok IMPACT for the Laufey concert. The hotel is extremely convenient and accessible, with a sheltered walkway that made getting to the venue easy and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel amenities were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast — there were plenty of tasty options. The only small downside is that the nearest 7-Eleven is quite far away. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect for attending a concert at IMPACT.

The hotel was clean, the carpeted hallways looked nice and clean, however the rooms were small, especially the bathroom which was very small, but clean. Check-in took a bit long. I had a decent experience at the hotel restaurant, but the prices weren't cheap. There were no slippers provided in the room.

It's a good option when attending congress events at Impact Arena.

We stayed here for 1 night for Day6's The Decade concert at Impact Arena. Thank you Ibis for letting us check in early at noon because we have to attend soundcheck at 14.00. The skybridge to the arena is also convenient! Will definitely stay here again if we have another concert at Impact.

Check-in and check-out were quick, and the location is certainly close to Impact Arena, making it perfect for those who want to watch a concert but still want to walk from the venue. There's a skywalk on the second floor, so it's only a 10-minute walk to Impact Arena. The room was fairly clean, but I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any complimentary toiletries or toiletries for a hotel of this class. There was only free soap.
