We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Yes the entrance is located inside the shopping centre but it is very easy to find. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and keen to be of assistance. Our room was spacious and came with a Jacuzzi hot tub on the balcony which was an enjoyable distraction. The hotel is just a short stroll from San Gorg and Independence squares and the Cittadella. The bus terminal is just to the rear of the hotel for getting to other parts of the island. Breakfast was buffet style with eggs to order and more than catered for our needs. I would definitely stay here if we visited Gozo again.

Breakfast was terrible and extremely expensive for what you get. Highly recommend you don't pay for the "free" breakfast. We were extremely disappointed. There is a Cafe right downstairs.

What a great place! Cemtral location gives great access to everything. Staff were always amazing. The entire place was spotless too!

We loved this hotel! A gem tucked away inside a shopping mall. The staff were very helpful to describe all the amenities as well as tips about the surrounding area. The room had plenty of space, and was inviting and comfortable from the moment we stepped through the door. Just be careful, the gorgeous marble bathroom floor is slippery when you step out of the shower. We were sorry we only stayed one night. It’s a perfect location to see Victoria as well as the rest of the island.

What a fabulous stay at the Duke. The room was lovely and spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Every detail was superb from our Welcome from the front desk, the buffet breakfast and the excellent location. Our only downside….our two day stay was not long enough!!! We will be back for more!

My stay at the Duke Hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. It was a very pleasant stay.

The Dukes was probably one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were excellent and pleasant, rooms were spotless, breakfast was unbelievable. It was a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed and felt comfortable at this hotel. Breakfast is great. Every morning was different menu and each food was delicious. Always I talked with other guests that we ate too much. But foods were bite-sized. Even smoothie. We were not worried. Room was always clean, because the staffs cleaned our room perfectly. Receptionists were kind and smiling. We always felt comfortable. The location is great as well. From the lounge we could see the Citadel like a special seat. Therefore the downtown is close and we took 5mins to a big bus stop. We recommend this hotel strongly, when you stay in Gozo.

Hostess provided a wealth of information. Breakfast was good. Access through the mall is a little awkward.
