The location is very good and staff is very friendly and helpful. But the room is too small.The shower room is very small and the shower curtain is too short so water comes out the restroom.I stayed 3 nights.The first day,the shower comes out only cold water.I think the shower system is very old.

This is a 500 year old building lovingly restored and modernized. Very charming and located in the heart of all the activities.

The property appeared okay. I guest I didn’t know that it was a converted former house. Therefore, I don’t believe it had an elevator and the view to the city was not very good/non-existent. However, the staff was GREAT and very accommodating. I may stay there again if I go back to Marrakech.

We felt the property offered a very authentic experience to a riad, Morocco and Marrakech. The hotel was a little tricky to find but was in a fantastic location was we got oriented. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We had some mint tea and cakes upon arrival while they explained some of the tours the property could organize. The room was small but well stocked and offered a great experience. The breakfasts were fantastic and staff was just great. The feel of the riad was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

The Riad provides a lovely retreat from the city with the pool courtyard and rooftop terrace. The staff were all lovely and friendly and Nadir was particularly helpful arranging trips etc. The spa was closed for refurbishment but we were able to go to a sister riad instead.

This is a very basic property. I’ll start with the best parts: The staff is very nice and tries hard And the location is very close to the square. Now the not so good: The doors to the room and bathrooms are very small. You have to duck to enter both. Poor lighting. Towels are scarce and very worn. Mold on walls in bathroom. Breakfast is very basic; only Coffee and bread. No TV in rooms. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in this place will be fine but if you’re looking to spend some time in the room you might want to look elsewhere.

The Riad is in an excellent location, 3 min walk to the square. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. However, the two rooms we had were very small, a double bed just fit in. Although there was one bedside light, there was no where for it to be plugged in! Furnishings not great and shower rooms shabby.

Great location - just minutes from the main square. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our hotel pickup and drop off and also in arranging a day trip. We also had a very nice dinner there on the first night. Special shoutout to Yusef, the breakfast and dinner server who was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. The hotel is in the busy Medina, but really quiet inside. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

This Riad has its own character. Its located at the centre of medina. (Few steps away from everything). We absolutely enjoyed sitting upstairs at the roof terrace. The deco of the property is unique and feels home. Thanks to all staff our stay was memorable experience. The service was superb, starting from the beginning when Mohamed introduce us to the riad and our great trip to Atlas mountain with a top class guide Hassan, mouth watering lunch in berber village with an amazing view and a lovely Birthday surprise.

The location, comfort and quality of the location of this hotel is awesome. And what made it especially satisfying was the staff, they were Incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotwl to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Bonjour la première chambre a été vrai cagibi la deuxième chambre était mieux plus grande mais alors ce qui laisse à désirer c'était la salle de bain avec sa baignoire qui ne collait pas au mur sans rideau de douche donc une douche dans cette baignoire qui était complètement dégradé on mettait de l'eau partout le lavabo était à moitié bouché les fenêtres il y a du jour partout non franchement l'hôtel du trésor je ne le recommanderais pas maintenant le service était très bien l'accueil était parfait mais il y a encore à faire dans les chambres

Accueil et personnel excellent. Emplacement exceptionnel : situé au coeur de la medina/souk et très calme à la fois.
