Its great

High end without the price tag

Booked a room same day because our flight to Managua was delayed. We were able to book and check in late at night with absolutely no issues. Everything was great, the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was soo good. cannot recommend this place enough!

Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que el jacuzzi no estaba trabajando, no pude llenar el jacuzzi y usarlo porque el drenaje estaba en malas condiciones

Overall great experience. Staff needs more training with third party reservation as Expedia. Since they wanted to charge me again until Supervisors step in.

Very nice hotel .. they trying to be a expensive hotel but for the price one night is too much .., if you buy drinks by the bar pool they never have the proper cash in the register you gonna end paying more they have the excuses they are short on cash . Room was clean and air condition very cool but they are small for a 80 dollar night you feel you are in a jail cell the standard room . To be HONEST WITH YOU I DONT RECOMMEND IT IN ALL

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice & modern. The staff is excellent. However my experience wasn’t great. My room was right next to the pool area, where an extremely loud party was going on. I tried to do some work to n the room I paid for and could not due to noise. I tried to go to sleep and I think someone was standing outside my window smoking because my room smelled like cigarettes. It was very unpleasant considering the rest of the experience was so great. And my wifi was terrible, the signal was nonexistent if I tried to connect.

what did i like the service in al area. love the food what did not like you have no more option on restaurant out side the hotel..
