Very friendly and accommodating staff! My flight was delayed and I wasn’t able to make it to check in on time. They allowed me to check in early the following morning. Spacious room. Great sunrise views from the roof top!

The room was spacious and spotless. The staff was outstanding! Loved the location and amenities. We will be sure to stay here again on our next visit to Caye Caulker.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They helped us with all of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms during our stay. The hotel was impeccably clean both in the main areas and inside the rooms. They have a cute little area outside where you can lounge to read a book or just people watch. The air conditioners worked fantastically. This hotel is in a perfect spot where you will have access to a place to eat, a grocery store, and a yoga studio all within less than 30 feet from the hotel, but you don’t hear the hustle and bustle outside from the people and cart traffic. I highly recommend this place.

The receptionist was amazing. Can't remember her name but she was short and very helpful.

This hotel is good value for the money, I stayed one night on the 7 December 2025 at the cost of $78 usd which is reasonable having regard to the nature of the island itself. The room was clean, I had no issues with the bathroom except there was no soap holder, the absence of which is no real issue. The island is small, so you are close to everything on the island and the supermarket below is an added convenience. A plus is that it is very close to the ferry port, there is fridge in the room and a safe, but my safe was not bolted to a fixture/wall. The water pressure was good, likewise was the hot water and A/C and the staff I met was friendly. Overall, I would stay here again, it served the purpose for sleeping and bathroom use.

Room was basic but clean very comfortable. Big and spacious everything you needed. But tight on supplies. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean and town.

Photos of the place were not what our room looked like, wish I had a photo to share. Very poorly maintained plumbing, outdated floors, just overall not is what depicted on listing. WiFi didn’t work on second floor AC was out, and had to ask to be moved to different room. Next morning, lo and behold, they were working on the old AC room. FYI, lost key card is $50usd! I bet they will care for key to avoid this. This fee seems standard on the island. Plus side is they had filtered water dispenser for guest use.

We had a great experience and stay. Ercy at the front desk made check in so easy. Beds were comfy. Close to everything.

Some construction going on but still nice hotel and a good size.

The staff was top notch and Shauntey & Erse was there to help with anything I needed. The only issue i had was the noise which i had to wear ear plugs due to the construction next door. The staff made my trip a good experience. Thank You
