The location is really near to the station. The breakfast food is superb and really fulfilling with enough option for us to choose. The room although is small, it's really comfortable.

Very convenient location just across the jr nagano station. Room size is OK and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 teenage kid (we booked the 3 beds room). There are plenty of food options around and you can book some restaurants via designated computer in the lobby. Breakfast is good and has sufficient options, I like how they change 1-2 menus everyday so we don't get the same exact meals every single day

This is probably the best 3-star hotel I ever visited in Japan in terms of service. Every staff seems to be very professional and friendly. The breakfast was also really nice. The location is right in front of Nagano station. It has a connecting gym with pay-per-visit that is quite affordable!

Location opposite the station, lots of places to eat, spacious rooms, nice breakfast.

The triple room is large and clean.

The staffs was very helpful, only 3 min walk from Nagano Station, very near to family mart, Starbucks, 7/11, supermarket, many restaurants but the most important to us the room was clean and full with amenities.
