Rooms are not what I expected for a 5 star property and the food was a 7/10. We had the burger, the pasta, the sushi and the guacamole, nothing impressive.

High end. What you’d expect from a Nobu.

It was disappointing that they would empty out the unused toiletry or other items after the first night and never refilled anything that was used like the hot tea. These are things I’ve never had to request during a multi night day or expect for them to take if not utilized in case it was needed for another day during the day like a nail file or razor.

Amazing in all respects. Got upgraded to a panoramic suite when we arrived because it was my birthday.

Amazing hotel and experience. Stunning location. Staff are incredible. Food was fantastic. Service charges were a little annoying considering the price.

The hotel is nice, but it’s definitely overpriced. There is nothing special about it. Maybe the service. Which is great. But value vs money is very low in my opinion. And we did sleep on many different top notch hotels in Ibiza on that trip.

Highly recommend! The service and staff were impeccable and I received a highly personalized adventure from start to finish.

Unbelievable stay at Nobu. Beautiful property and close to town but far enough away for a peaceful retreat.

The hotel itself was really nice - beautiful and great service from the hotel and bar staff. Not a nice beach. And Nobu restaurant service was horrible.

Superb hotel. Awesome staff! It made our trip even more special. I recommend to anyone going to Ibiza.

This is not a five star hotel. The service is extremely slow. And if you’re not European, you’ll have to ask at least three times for everything that you need. Service was extremely slow even at Nobu. If you order a pool bed, don’t expect to order food or drinks at the same time, it will never come. All in all the hotel is nice, but the staff needs better training on customer service. The service at this hotel is a one star at best.
