Everything was great room,staff shops nearby.

Horrible smell coming from the room when we got there, smells like a sewer. Definitely wouldn’t book with them again. Go to Envoy next door.

The two gentlemen who work at the front desk…. Vladimir and Anilton were really excellent. Both were very friendly, helpful, courteous and processional. Really nice guys and they speak English. They made my stay enjoyable. It’s a fair price for the room with lots to do in the area.

It’s a great combination of a hotel and Airbnb. The rooms were more like apartments rather than a hotel but everything was clean and comfortable, There’s 24h staff available to help with anything you may need. Very convenient location. Also shuttle options turned out to be very convenient.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. However the room shown on their web page was certainly not miine plus 2 other bedroom they showed me. I see it is rated a 4 star but I think it is at best a 3 star. Hrd to find the entrance. ONe of the 2 elevators didnot work. For transfeer to the airport they called a taxi. Assisted me to the taxi upon arrival.

Room need complete remodel. Lights don’t work blinds are broken windows will not open. service and stuff is great. Location is great. A room is very bad.

What a great value for the price.What a great location it is in the heart of the historic district of this beautiful city.And I am more than happy to say that I have stayed there and it was so comfortable and the rooms were incredibly large. I love the convenience of words located as very walkable.I really like the personal attention to detail from the management.They picked me up from the airport.It was great.

I didn't like the area it's located at, and the entrance, felt unsafe and had to leave, I didn't receive the refund for it either. I had to book hotel Moskva and luckily they had a room available at short notice. I liked the stay there

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Belgrade. It’s clean, quiet and in a great location. You are walking distance from everything. It is a taxi ride from the bus station but still worth it. The staff is helpful and kind and am thankful they let me check out at noon.

Privilege Suites! The staff were absolutely incredible, super helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. And let me tell you, the location is spot-on! It’s right in the heart of the city, just outside a supermarket that’s open 24 hours. It was perfect for my short stay in Serbia

The added pick up and drop off at the airport was a plus. The hotel and this includes a few within the pedestrian only area is an issue and you have to walk to the hotels. Beware of dishonest scam taxi drivers but bare in mind these are not Serbian, they are very honest. If you feel your being scammed just call police and refuse to leave the taxi until they arrive.
