Clean and smoke free casino! Buffet was pretty good and staff very responsive when needed. Only issue was the gift shop was closed pretty early, luckily we didn’t require and toiletries or snacks.

The hotel is nice, clean good service but the mattress was horrible 😞 room 421 and when you arrive at the hotel you want to rest

Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows where lumpy. Bathroom was very crouded.

The stay was excellent as usual. The staff was very friendly.

The room was great. We were disappointed that the spa is not open during the week and the Mignon restaurant was also closed. We would not stay here again during the week. The amenities we wanted were not available. I really liked that the facility was non smoking. The pool was nice as well

Food right there! Love the Buffet at the casino... I can't think of anything that I didn't like... Will be back soon! No Resort Fee! A Hidden Gem on the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

We have been staying here every summer for 10 years. We have only had one issue on our recent visit of our original room not being properly cleaned- stuff on the walls in bathroom and fridge full of Coke- which I actually cleaned but was not comfortable with . We were moved to another room promptly and had an amazing stay as always

Everything was great except the room. Bedding was not comfortable. Two pillows only. The water in the sink and shower were not draining. So… you were standing g in water while showering. The water was barely hot. Tissue was like sandpaper

Everyone was so nice!!! Rooms were really clean!!! I will stay here every year now for my summer conference.

This property's main selling point is being fully smoke free and its proximity to other casinos. The staff were nice and the place looks and smells clean, but I found myself wanting to hang out just about everywhere else during my overnight. The room walls were VERY thin (luckily my neighbors didn't seem to do or say much after dinner) and the rooms look and feel like they're in DIRE need of an upgrade. The rooms were clean, but very dated and dark. After a week+ of all nighters and multiple days on the road I didn't mind and the beds were comfortable enough, but I don't think I'd bring the whole family here. Casino was dark and dated as well. I didn't play, but the tables seemed like they were reasonable for rules. No smoking is a positive for many, but it felt a bit dead by 9 or 10:00 so I played elsewhere. Walking distance to other properties is nice especially given the climate in summer in Biloxi. You can't walk to Beau or Hard Rock, but easily and safely can walk to Nugget, Harrah's, etc. Would be nice to have a sportsbook where you can watch West Coast games, but almost everywhere in town shuts theirs between 10 and 11. I wouldn't stay here again until a solid renovation occurs, but if the price was right I could deal with it without regrets.

Our room was poorly cleaned, had no toilet paper or shampoo. The lights and tv kept mysteriously turning off and the buffet was the worst food I had in Biloxi. Would not stay here again
