Its a pleasant hotel

This hotel didn't have any real flaws. It's in a busy area but it's still very quiet, and the bus stop is only a couple minutes away which is very nice. There's also convenience stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff were excellent and helped us ship our luggage forward to our next hotel with no problem. The free breakfast was good, although it didn't have the huge selection. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we stayed in a smoking room but you couldn't tell at all.

Great location not too far from main tourist sites, having stayed at many toyoko inns my only complaint is that the beds are very firm, and the pillows are hard. I can deal with the bed but the pillows leave you sore

We didn’t stay here long but it was close to a lot of things. We just started in a path and walked for hours on end. Great service from the front desk!

It was nice that they offer a breakfast right on-site and it's included in their price. This is for the traveler who is simple and will be out of their room for most of the time. The bed was firm and kind of a tight fit, but it had all of the necessary amenities we needed. It was easy to get to and was close to Peace Park where we could walk around easily. The hotel will take your baggage, if you arrive before nice check-in. They have a touchless check-in and check-out process.

Since it is located near entertainment area, it is a little noisy in the night. However, like every other Toyoko Inn, it is very convenient and close to many places on foot.

While adequate, definitely budget. Bed was hard, towels skimpy, toilet paper thin, bathroom tiny and room very, very compact.

Great hotel. Breakfast (Japanese Buffet) was really really good. Hotel is on a quiet 1 way street so easy in and out. Room was nice. Bed was very firm.

I will keep the name inn chain in my mind for future trip around the Country

Good place, near downtown and very walkable. A bit dated though, but nice and safe.

Hotel is good. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast could could use some work. Food was ok but all cold. No warmers to keep the hot food hot.

This hotel was very adequate for a 2 night stay, and it was a good value. Although the bed was very firm, we were able to sleep nonetheless. There was a small desk for working, which came handy. The breakfast was available from early in the morning, which was great for traveling. The hotel staff, all very helpful, easily accommodated our luggage before check in and after check out. The area nearby was very walkable, very barely inside the city center. It was also easy to get to by bus from Hiroshima Station.
