Beautiful pool area, very clean hotel

Staff were excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable

In the description of the room which I booked, it says 2 queen beds ,but they weren’t queen beds.

Clean and practical. The hotel isn't really near anything too interesting unfortunately. Decent pool and gym but no change room for it which is weird. No hotel restaurant (not really, a Starbucks is not a restaurant) - however decent Italian restaurant sharing same parking lot.

Great stay, amenities did not disappoint! Enjoyed on site Starbucks and cafe... very clean and quiet!

Modern stylish clean room with very comfortable beds. Beautiful lobby with comfortable seating and well designed work spaces. Nice cafe/bar. Staff was ultra friendly and hospitable. Quiet location convenient to 407 and 401. Our second stay at this location.

Check-in was OK, except for the man took my credit card and swiped it for me which felt intrusive for me. I used the hot tub and developed a rash on my bottom within 12 hours so I think that the chemicals need to be fixed and that there is bacteria in it. I have never in my life reacted to any water other than that, the room was clean. The staff are friendly. I do not like the air freshener in the hallway that blows with a fan it is overstimulating. The smell is very powerful.

Great, hot tub and pool high ceilings beautiful lookout to outside patio and garden. Great to have a Starbucks right there in the lobby I was having nice modern vibe. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great, nice pool, nice staff but the bistro is a missed opportunity. You'll be happy that a Pacini shares the parking lot as the starbucks bistro selection is far from matching typical accomodations. If you dont mind eating out, its a great place to stay.

There was no room service available. Their Bistro was only open for couple of hours. We booked a suite, were given an accessibility room with no wardrobe or mirrors. Had booked the room for an important family function, terribly disappointed with our stay.

Spacious washroom. Front desk staff was efficient during check in and check out. There was complimentary parking.

Everything was good

My family enjoy thier stay, we love the pool and hot tub,the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.
