The rooms are very pleasant and clean, but disappointed in the breakfast. There are only sliced bread and eggs only. There is no other choice. Soo bad for breakfast at that price.

Room ok, nice, clean but small, stuffy. The design of the room is not smart, the layout of the window causes fear, it feels like I enter the room in the tiny corner. Wifi too poor. Staying 2 nights without internet to explore Sapa dining is a disadvantage. Temporary staff but have not resolved the problem, must call to remind all the time. Breakfast is too few dishes, the taste is not bad but only a few dishes. Hotel furniture is beautiful but not professional but like homegrown. Hope you will improve the service better or discount it to fit the service. If so, the customer would ask for a better service like that, which should have been but the truth was not: disillusioned.

Hotel is huge and beautiful! Bedroom is clean and comfortable! Hotel locate next to the Sapa Lake with fantastic view! I will stay at Paris Boutique when I come back Sapa!
