Beautiful grounds, incredible customer service and working AC. This is a site for large events ( weddings, XV, etc).

The service was not efficient enough for the price you pay. Also the amenities were very limited.

Stay away from this property and area, terribly unsafe which is the reason this Hotel has no free access from the outside and you have to ring a bell fir someone to open the gates. Its my first lifetime that there were NO TOWELS in the room and the reason given at front desk is that "usually the guests steal them...". Other unique experience is that you have to get a pass when you checkout, the pass will give you access to exit from refered gates after giving it to a guard. There are many orher Hotels close to the Highway which are a much better choice as safe.

Beautiful gardens, good service, acceptable food. To NOISY when they use the vacuum to blow the leaves.

The hotel is really nice. Complex is very beautiful. But what comes to hotel quality, this is certainly over priced. Went for a wedding with 6 more couples. We all had a terrible night, all the pillows are terrible, in my room the curtains didn’t close correctly and we had light in our faces at 7am on a Sunday morning. There was not hot water, we paid 150 USD for mid warm water. Certainly not a very pleasant experience for a premium price.

Beatiful property grounds , decent restaurant. Just dont order mushrooms syncronizadas it gave my wife dood poisoning , she was sick for 3 days

Enjoyed everything the lakes, nature, my daughter loved the poll. Very peaceful i was reading while my daughter swimming. efjl

This hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and attentive. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Once you entered the secure parking lot you felt like you were somewhere else not in a little town. The restaurant was clean and well staffed the food was well prepared and attention while we dined was excellent. We will return again!

The property is nice and rooms are OK, except the bathrooms which are very poorly equipped, especially the showers and accessories... definitely not in accordance with the hotel level
