El cuarto en general estaba bien, pero los productos de baño estaban casi vacíos y el extractor en el baño al parecer no funcionaba

Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic.

For some reason they left the AC set at 15 degrees. There was no furnace/heater so it never warmed up. Not fun!

Like the convenience of the shopping center and options of food. Clean rooms and very quiet place.

After a week of expedia "trying" to reach out to the property. I still had to pay for a week that i wasn't there for.

The hotel was awful for many reasons. The room didn’t have air condition. The WiFi wasn’t working. The hot water in the shower wasn’t good. The toliet clogged a few times too. I had people in the hallway outside of my room making noises. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and yet the maids still tried to enter my room.

I usually stay for one or two nights after arriving in Mexico city. it is a bridge hotel I use before I go away to visit MX. lovely hotel in a shopping center. comfy and polite service

It was convenient and safe. Staff were friendly, good location, and clean. A lot of coffee and dining options since the mall is located where the hotel is at.

Staff is nice and friendly and accommodated our needs. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the shopping center downstairs was amazing with many options to eat.

the restaurant didn't prepare the lunchbox by my request. I had an early fligh, and had to skip the breakfast. I asked restaurant to prepare the lunchbox but they forgot.
