This Hotel was the best choice we made to visit Santiago de Compostela, the location couldn’t be better and the facilities are spotless, staff was extremely friendly and very helpful..

Gracias a Rebeca y al todas las chicas que trabajan en el hotel. Son excelentes y te hacen sentir a gusto. La propiedad está en el corazón del casco histórico. Puedes caminar y hay muchos lugares para comer alrededor. Very close to the cathedral and many eating places. If you are arriving in a taxi from outside the city, let them Know that they can take you to the front of the hotel. Some maps tell you have to walk but taxis are allow to go in. The girls at the front desk are excellent and will help you with anything you need. I was bothering all the time because I went with a baby and was storing milk and yogurt in their fridge and they were always happy to get for us. Enjoy Santiago.

Gorgeous hotel and excellent location….that’s it! No amenities, like nothing at all, and no finishing touches. No water in the room or anywhere (just vending machine), no bathroom products just a pump soap for everything, toilet paper by the sheet like a public toilet .disappointing as a little care and effort at minimal expense would make a huge difference. Had a massive concert in town, right outside which shaked the windows and was unable to sleep until 2am, hotel should advise of events like this.

We had a wonderful time and the stay was nice. It was quite loud at night with gatherings outside so I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like I am.

It is very well located in the historic area, close to the Cathedral and shops. Hotel is modern and clean.

Excellent location next to the Cathedral. Lovely old building but modernized and well-maintained; clean and comfortable. A bit of luxury after a long Camino, including a tub to soak in! I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy modest hotel, immaculately clean and well maintained. No frills though, no servi-bar or in-room coffee maker and paper cups in the bathroom for washing your teeth. Ideally located next to the main cathedral.

Sin duda el mejor hotel de mi viaje. La ubicación inmejorable, literal de la ventana de mi habitación tenía la catedral de Santiago al frente. Todo el hotel esta impecable. La habitación que me dieron estaba en el piso 4 por lo que tenía un techo con caída y ventanas en el techo que se abrían tipo balcón. Definitivamente vale cada euro que se paga (que no es poco, $180 euros en mi caso incluidos el city tax). Me fascino. Fue un cierre excelente para mi viaje. El concierge del hotel me ayudo con el taxi a la estación de trenes. Todo fue perfecto.

the best thing about this place is the location. Very close to everything you want to do in Santiago. Staff are very well trained and helpful. HIghly recommended by a seasoned traveler

As a single traveler, they put me in the room on the 4th floor with “no room number” It is a room converted from the attics with the low roof beams. I am not sure if this room is legal to rent out or not. With the low ceiling beams, I cannot walk upright in the room. For a day or two that is okay, but I booked for 4 nights and it was not very comfortable. Other than that, the room is clean, the bathroom is cleaned. The Staff is nice and helpful.

The staff was great and the room was super big. The lady that cleans the room does a great job.

Excelente localización, a pasos de la catedral. Cuartos cómodos y silenciosos. El desayuno es lo único un poco limitado.

Disappointed to start with I booked a city view room and they told me that due to another guest extending their stay the room was unavailable I argued that this was not my problem but theirs and I had booked months ago it took at least 10-15 mins of discussion until the reception person suddenly found keys to another city view room that was vacant why do Hotels do this

Perfect location

The room and bathroom were very clean. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me with changing my reservation. Rebecka was very fun to interact with. My only disappointment was the breakfast. It was not high quality and offered little.

Close to the cathedral shopping, restaurants. The Good Friday procession actually passes by in front of the hotel, at 12 midnight! So special.

Nice beds and staff!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable with interesting stone type walls and skylights. We booked a "city view" room, but just be aware that means if you open a skylight and stick your head out you can see some city views (inclusing the cathedral spires). Breakfast was good (not amazing, but good). But the best part was it was just steps away from the cathedral. We walked the camino and it was so nice to finish right at our hotel. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We will be back!
